Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

    AVOID PROPERTIES MANAGED BY BRINDLEY BEACH VACATIONS! The house was filthy when we arrived. It has been kept in laughably dilapidated condition, with toilets that barely flush, doors and windows that do not lock, peeling paint, stained carpets, and a kitchen cupboard that fell off its hinges the first time we opened it. The house has many things you almost certainly won’t need, and lacks many things you definitely will. No sponges, no dish soap, no salt and pepper, no coffee filters, no beach towels, no cleaning supplies, etc. But at least you’ll have crab mallets and the Star Wars trilogy on DVD. And really, who needs sponges or dish soap when you’ve got crab mallets and Star Wars? (Hilariously, Brindley will ask you to wash all the dishes before you leave, using sponges and dish soap you will have to provide for yourself. This may explain why so many of the dishes were encrusted with disgusting food residue when we arrived.) If you’re flying into the area like we did, plan to spend the first half-day of your vacation shopping for essentials. You will also have the distinct displeasure of interacting with the local Brindley office, which appears to be staffed entirely by semi-literate nincompoops. The house is in an excellent location, but it is outrageously overpriced. I have stayed at many different properties in the Corolla area, and this was my worst experience by far. Avoid!
