We had an amazing time!! The house was just right for the 6 of us. It was very clean and the host was amazing. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling and they had someone out immediately to fix the problem. Any time we had a question they were on top of it and answered immediately.We loved watching the sunrise every morning and being able to walk a few steps down to the beach. We liked that there was not a lot of people on the beach. Lots of shells to be found. This was our first time visiting and hope to get to stay there again in the future.It is located on a busy road and they were doing construction all you need is patience when leaving.

Family took a quick local vacation with this ocean front home. Enjoyed the home / beach and area. Will rent again.

Here’s a polished version that keeps it warm, honest, and clearly 5-star: ⸻ We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The location right on the beach is truly beautiful—our kids were out there morning, noon, and night and couldn’t get enough. The home was thoughtfully stocked with beach chairs, towels, and even toys, which made things so much easier not having to pack or buy those items. The layout worked really well for our family. The downstairs area with the foosball table, washer and dryer, and two bedrooms with a shared bath was great, and the upstairs felt open, bright, and inviting with all the windows. There were also games and books, which we appreciated during downtime. We did run into a minor issue with fruit flies, but the management company handled it quickly and professionally. They had an exterminator out right away and were very communicative, making sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout. A couple of small notes for future guests: the home is on a fairly busy road with higher speed traffic, and the only interior connection between floors is a spiral staircase (though there is an easy exterior path between levels as well). Overall, this was a fantastic stay—beautiful location, well-equipped home, and excellent communication from management. Highly recommend. ⸻ If you want, I can tighten it up even more or make it sound slightly more casual depending on your style.

Really liked the place, was an awesome view of the Atlantic. Is not for elderly or small kids, the access to the beach is really steep.

This house was perfect ! From the moment we walked in, everything was clean and beautiful. The sunrise view from the master bedroom is amazing! The cleaning crew even noticed an issue with the coffee pot while getting the house ready for our stay and Diana had a brand new one waiting on the doorstep when we arrived!! She went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay and we appreciated that. Overall the weekend was spectacular and I would absolutely recommend this to my friends.

I brought my Daughter in Law and Grandson in from Indiana for a special week of family time before their weather turns for the winter. I live in Florida and love the St. Augustine, Vilano Beach area. This house was spacious, conveniently located to everything I wanted to show them and had great views right on the beach. Staylah made is so easy and very accessible and timely with all communications! We will use them for all future accommodations!

Spectacular!!!! Everything advertised and more! Communication with the host A. Cleanliness A. Top of the line from dish detergent, laundry detergent to paper towels and toilet paper! Even tho the weather wasn’t perfect every day, the view made a perfect relaxing reading day. Close to groceries and into Old St Augustine was a breeze. We definitely will be looking to stay again.

Was great. Needed better beach umbrella. Road noise was a bit loud but u can’t fix that.

Home is fantastic! Beautiful and right on the beach. The home had everything one would need to enjoy a beach vacation. Landlorda were very responsive and friendly. I highly recomment this home and I will rent this again.

Property was as listed, but could use a little TLC. The decking needs replaced ASAP ( it's good at catching toes and feet with screws that aren't set, and boards that are raised). And the hose outside for rinsing feet was rough terrain to get to, then to find it wasn't operable due to a large slice in it. The downstairs shower is differently not made for larger people, and neither of the beds can fit 2 comfortably. And the spiral staircase is dangerous at night with last step lighting. The worst part though, was the driveway access with traffic and trying to back out. Note: always find a way to back in! That being said, we came, we saw, we conquered! The house is beautiful, and clean. We wouldn't stay again, because it didn't quite fit our needs. But don't let our review deter you from renting this beautiful home right on the beach!

The house has a great location, directly on a very uncrowded beach. The views of the ocean from the upper floor were really spectacular. Two of the three bedrooms were on the first floor and therefore did not have beach views. The kitchen was stocked with basics, but could have used more kitchen towels (there was only one). The house could use a little TLC, especially the sliding doors to the beach-side porch area. A nice amount of beach chairs and toys were available. Note that this is not a house for anyone with difficulty on stairs as the only way between the first and second floors was a very tight spiral staircase. The management team was responsive to our questions. Overall, we would stay here again.

The house was in a fantastic location, it was very clean and organized. And plenty of room for five of us. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to rent it again.The host was very responsive with any question we had. One of my new favorite!
