Stayed Jun 15, 2025Had a great time. The fishing was fantastic and the house was great. Dolphins feeding during the day and sunsets each evening to wrap up a day of hanging out with the family!

Stayed Mar 19, 2025My family - me, husband, 11yo - and our friends - mom, dad, 8yo - all stayed here as part of our spring break plans. The house was lovely. We were on the street closest to the beach. The kids spent a lot of time playing in the water. The street was not busy - pretty much no street in Cedar Key is. There was plenty of space under the house to park vehicles and a boat. The rental was walking distance to all the restaurants, art galleries, and - most importantly - to the marina so that we could easily drive the trailer back to the rental and walk back to the boat. The interior of the house was perfect. Everyone had plenty of space. The kids loved their bunk room and the balconies. We mostly ate out but there was plenty of kitchen equipment if we'd wanted to prepare food. It was a little disconcerting at first to feel the house sway in the wind (the first day was especially blustery), but eventually we all agreed that it was actually quiet relaxing. We loved staying here and plan to return for future visits!

Stayed Feb 20, 2025We greatly enjoyed our stay, though Cedar Key has changed a lot since Milton. everyone is trying to get back to some normalcy. The balconies overlooking the gulf are amazing. The sway of the house is concerning, but the owners have explained it well and is easy to get used to.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024The property was perfect for us. Right on the water. Dolphins chased bait in the morning, Sunsets were spectacular. Very clean, and well appointed. The house is up on piers for hurricane purposes so it does sway at times, but wasn’t a problem. The communication was great, with great directions and easy checkin.
