OCEANFRONT OASIS - Beautifully Renovated, Perfect Beach House !

Very beautiful house. Better than the photos. Clean and organized. The deck was fantastic and our favorite place to hang out, with direct access to the beach and great views any time of the day. Perfect location, within 15-20 mins of all things in Kitty Hawk. We would surely come and stay here again.

Stunning view of the beach and ocean! You'll spend a lot of time on the large porch. The kitchen is well equipped but take spices. The bed rooms are a good size. Beds are firm with lovely pillow-tops. Renovated bathrooms. Roku TVs in every room. Such a comfortable house!

The house was super clean, right on the ocean and the owners were available to answer any questions. We highly recommend this beautiful property and we will come back again.

Beach view was excellent. We saw whales and several dolphins. The only thing we missed in the check in processes was that liens were not provided. Other than that this was a excellent stay. Location was waking distance to a few shops and restaurants.

I loved this house and hope to book it again next summer! Beautifully renovated, loved the porch, and the wide open space! The keyless entry is great! Plenty of kitchen counter space! Thankful for having a washer/dryer! Closeness to the beach is a plus! Ease of renting this house and communication was a breeze!

We had the perfect family vacation at this beautiful cottage on the beach. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back again soon!

when we came in the cottage it felt timeless but it was updated beautiful .we loved the simplicity of life while we were there,make our food and sit in the picnic table ,then relax on the swing bed...and the ocean was so close..no long walk.the breeze was beautiful and i could feel my health and breathing get so much better there! i will be back ..not soon enough!i miss her already!

Great stay, everything we were looking for in a beach vacation

Best beach house you can ask for! Right on the beach and so easy to walk back and forth to the beach during the day. We spent a lot of time on the covered porch watching the sunrise in the morning and waves in the evening, it was amazing! Location is incredible - not only right on the beach but a short walk or drive to a few restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. House was clean, nicely decorated, and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Cindy and Dave were also very nice and accommodating! Highly recommend!

The condo was in great location and only steps from the ocean. The unit was as pictured and clean upon arrival, the owners were responsive to any inquiries.

The fact this place is so close to the beach is the best part. The furnishings, porch swing, kitchen, and appliances are nice as well. I am surprised not more people have said something about having to bring your own sheets, towels, and toilet paper. Bringing food, drinks, shower supplies, laundry detergent I understand, but having to supply everything else too!; a very foreign concept to me. In addition, saying you have to supply everything at the end of the description seems extremely intentional to me. If that was the first thing I read, odds are we would not have booked and I firmly believe more people would not book if that was placed at the beginning of the home description. Another annoyance, the supplied bed comforter in a couple of rooms were dirty and we switched until we found one that seemed clean. Over all the weekend was good.

This was our first time using VRBO and we were a little anxious about how it would work. The process is effortless, and the pictures do not give this property justice. Never have we had such easy access to the beach and the covered deck is a where we spent hours just watching the waves with complete privacy. The interior is beautiful featuring high end appliances and everything you would need. The location is truly the best you could ask for because you are an easy drive to Duck or Manteo and you can walk to Rundown Cafe and Duck Donuts! We can't wait to come back!

Our 2nd time staying here and it’s the perfect beach cottage. The exterior keeps the original OBX beach charm and inside is beautifully decorated with modern upgrades. The porch very comfortable and clean. Pictures are accurate.

Dave and Cindy were very accommodating hosts! The house was a perfect location, easy access to the beach, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to come again! 😊

Our first trip to the Outer Banks was made even more enjoyable by our stay at this house! I cannot say enough great things about the location, amenities, and overall experience here. Photos do not do this property justice! The casual, coastal decor and well stocked kitchen made us feel comfortable and right at home. Proximity to the beach was unmatched! Being able to walk out the back door and take only a few steps to the water was a huge perk and the deck area was a perfect place to enjoy the evenings. The location in northern Kitty Hawk was ideal for a few day excursions in Corrola/Duck area and Nags Head/Manteo. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was a perfect house for a girls trip….on the water, wonderful sounds and waves.

Property was just as advertised-- an Oceanfront Oasis !!! We really enjoyed being that close to the beach with the breezes and sounds of waves crashing in. House was just the right size (for 3 of us). We really enjoyed all the extra touches that owners Cindy and Dave provided with the rental (such as chessboard and pieces and great collection of wine glasses for our indulgences.)_ We hope to reurn in the not too distant future as this was one of our greatest getaways we have taken.
