Amazing beach and marsh access home! This was a beautiful and open design in a perfect location. The home was well stocked (unusual) and felt like staying at a friends home rather than a VRBO! Very clean and a lot of space. 5-Stars all the way!

Direct access to beach and amazing views from deck and living room. We had an amazing stay and Lucy was great to work with and very nice. Would definitely stay again in future.

Great house on the beach that had everything we needed!

Everything was just as it should be. The kitchen was masterfully equipped, so we never had to improvise. The “toys” like boogie boards, etc were put to good use, and the kids loved fishing, crabbing, and swimming at the creek dock. We really appreciated the large basement refrigerator. The furniture was comfy. We cannot think of a single thing we would have changed about this beautiful beach house!

This was our 2nd year at The Three Gulls and again our visit was perfect. The beach house was clean and roomy for our growing family. Anytime we have a question, Lucy is quick to respond. I highly recommend this site.

Three Gulls had LOTS of room for us to gather and relax - on the covered porches w/rockers & daybed swing, inside at the great room/kitchen/dining areas for up to 18. Gorgeous ocean views! We loved this property!

We just had a great stay at this house. The photos provide an accurate portrayal of the home, which is lovely and ideally located right at the beach. The home is beautiful and the kitchen well-appointed with all the needed items. We had a wonderful week and definitely recommend this home.

Architecturally beautiful property. Location- stunning. But it needs updating in comfort. Not enough pillows, beds, minimally comfortable. Linens, not good. Could not find blankets. Bathrooms, plentiful but lacking- only one old small bathtub in the whole house, with an ugly shower lining that was too long- almost dangerous. Sorry, but this property deserves better.

Great location and beautiful views. Perfect home for large groups, very clean and well maintained. Communication with owners could not have been better. Love this home.
