Stayed Apr 1, 2026This beach house has a fantastic view of the ocean. The house was ideal for our extended family get together of 12 people. The living room and kitchen area is big with plenty of space for everyone. The house is in great condition and the kitchen is fully equipped. We loved the direct beach access, the easy walk to town and the hot tub with a view.

The location couldn't be more beautiful, given it is steps from the most amazing beach, not to mention the adorable town of Manzanita. We were gathered for a family birthday celebration, and enjoyed getting to know the area and relaxing in the wonderful house.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The view is what ultimately sold me on this property and it did not disappoint. Great things about the house included the amount of bedrooms, linens, pillows, towels, etc. The sonos system was wonderful to add music to the house. Plenty of beach toys for the kids to play with. Easy walk to the beach. The kitchen had plenty of anything we could have needed. Loved the amount of toys, books, movies, and games for everyone to enjoy. We walked to town most days for our meals or shopping. My whole family ages 5-75 loved this house and everything it had to offer.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025The house was perfect for our large group. The teenagers loved the game room and the privacy of the lounge above. The access to the beach was perfect for our toddlers. The house was equipped with plenty of beach towels and toys. It was easy to cook big meals in the well equipped kitchen.We will definitely be back!

Stayed May 2, 2025This home has incredible views of the ocean as the west facing walls are almost entirely glass. Very cool! It is conveniently located near town, the beach, and golf course. The game room was an absolute hit.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024The entire family with ages ranging from 10 to 87 thoroughly enjoyed the week at the beach in this house. The view is spectacular - no big dune between you and the ocean blocking the way. The house had a large number of sleeping areas to accommodate everyone and the great room was a perfect place to just hang out and enjoy company and the view. Highly recommended.
