Oceanfront mansion, heated infinity pool. 6 double rooms, 11 beds can sleep 18

This is definitely “off the grid” but the house is outstanding. We had a group of 16 (4 families with kids) and had plenty of space. No shortage of hang out areas inside and out, and the water toys were awesome - kayaks and paddle boards to go out to islands and sandbars. Josh was great, anything we needed was a very quick response away.Definitely need a car rental. There’s no where to walk to and there are not many taxis (esp for large groups) so get a car and drive SLOW once you hit the dirt roads - we popped a tire TWICE! House is worth it though. The water was unbelievably beautiful and the kids (big and little) had a great time.

Josh is an excellent host providing a great welcome service and very responsive. It was a perfect location for our family of 12 and there’s no lack of things to do. The home has more room than we need what to do with.

Property could have been cleaner and the property needs a refresh.

Our first time in Exuma! The property was all that was promised in the description and more. Beautiful views, wonderful amenities, responsive staff. Highly reccommend!

This home was perfect for our large family group of 17 people. Very spacious and accommodating from teenagers to 60. The home looks just like it's pictured. The bunk room can actually sleep 6 smaller children if needed. We had some minor maintenance issues, but the property manager Josh was excellent in terms of responding and helping us out. The view was gorgeous, we loved our lazy mornings and evenings in the outdoor spaces. We were an active group, so we snorkeled and used the kayaks nearly everyday. We even went over to the blue hole near by and saw a sea turtle. If I had to offer items for improvement, I would say the kitchen just needed more hand towels and couple of dish clothes and we could have used a bigger gas grill as we did a good amount of cooking for our group. Overall it was the PERFECT place to celebrate a family vacation. We would totally return!!! ADJ

Our stay in George Town was enjoyable, and Joshua was a truly great host. He maintained excellent communication throughout our visit and was always quick to respond to any calls, which we really appreciated. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore.While we thoroughly enjoyed our time, we did notice that the house could have been cleaner upon arrival. Additionally, we found ourselves needing to purchase more day-to-day products like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and dish rags, which would have made the stay more convenient.All in all, we had a good stay and would recommend it for the responsive host and excellent location!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Sandbanks. We had a group of 15, ranging from ages 4 to 84. The house was large enough that we all had plenty of space to spread out, but there was also plenty of space when we wanted to hang out together. The water in front of the house is some of the prettiest water on the island! We walked out to the sand bars a few times. The pool was great. We were able to use the charcoal and propane grills for dinners. The only real complaint I have would be that we never really got a hot shower. Most likely because of so many people in the house. But other than that, it was so great. Josh, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. We had some air conditioning issues that were quickly resolved. The location of the house is great, but the roads are ROUGHHH. We had a Pathfinder and two minivans. The minivans struggled until we found some better roads to get to the house. I can't say enough great things about Sandbanks though, and would highly recommend. You can not get a more gorgeous property!
