The property and owner were exceptional!

This house was beautiful and the hosts provided outstanding communication and support throughout our stay. The pool and hot tub areas are fantastic. The pool has a robot that you can use to totally clean the pool. We used it once during our stay and it cleaned everything off the sides and bottom. The house has access to the bay/ocean and we really had a lot of fun using the kayaks and paddle boards. We made some day trips to Portland, Ogunquit, Kennybunkport and Cape Elizabeth. So in addition to a house you never have to leave, there are many wonderful places to visit. Finally, there are many wonderful restaurants to try. Get the Fish Stew at Scales, it is to die for.

The house was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. The location was great - quiet and close to Portland. The house was spectacular and the outdoor area was perfect for my family to run around. Check in and check out was so easy. We had an amazing stay!

Maine has special memories for our family, from the youngest generation to the oldest. Falmouth was a new Maine location for us … and we LOVED it. The town is great and close to Portland, Freeport, and Maine’s classic beaches. This house was perfect for our family. Our most ‘mature’ family was able to be on the two bedrooms on the main floor so they didn’t have to do extra stairs. The kids loved the media room, and for what its worth, the sound from their late night movie binges did not affect anyone else in the household. The kitchen is beautiful and since many of us are avid cooks, the induction stove was a special treat. We made every dinner in-house while the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night. The beds were all really comfortable with plenty of towels and extra linens available. I really loved the layout of the house, especially the master bedroom. The views are beautiful and the location is so peaceful. Lastly, Kyler - our local property contact, was amazing. There wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer, he knew the area really well, had extra life jackets, offered his beach chairs and pretty much anything else we needed that we asked for. He was always available for us and responded immediately. Overall, I highly recommend this home for multi-generational families and friends.

The property and amenities were fantastic and accommodated our families very well. The location and proximity to water and to all of the Portland attractions were hard to beat. Property owner communication was great too. Would recommend it to any families.

We spent a week to celebrate my mother's 83rd birthday. The property is beautiful - bright and spacious but cozy and comfortable at the same time. Exactly as pictured - maybe even better! The proximity to Portland is perfect. I can't wait to book a stay during the summer to enjoy all this property has to offer!

It was an extraordinary week! First of all I have to thank the kindness and courtesy of the owner of the house Jessica and thank her for always being available for anything we need. The house is spectacular, we had nothing negative or complaints to report. To the contrary, Jessica and the House exceeded our expectations. There was nothing that we could need that the house was already offering to us. All rooms and bathrooms super comfortable and newly remodeled. The kitchen was equipped with everything and more. Induction Top Cook with exhaust hood to the outside. At the same time, the house has a beautiful view of the sea, which in summer must be a dream to enjoy doing kayaks and so on. Property is loaded with comfort, good taste and a fresh and simple atmosphere. Outside has A great pool and jacuzzi. It has a children's games and entertainment room equipped with games and TV, with all platforms open courtesy of Jessica as well. In December, it was a time of recollection and rest for our family, for which I am deeply grateful. Without more to say and with much to remember, very grateful. Maria & Family

Everyone had a wonderful time. The pool was beautiful and everyone loved the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen. Jessie and her husband were very attentive and took care of some of the issues that cropped up very quickly. A wonderful week!
