Very clean and well appointed house.

Fantastic place in a great location. We were in town for the Maine marathon and this house was perfeclty located with easy access to everything we had to do. The rooms are very spacious and the outdoor space was amazing to “wine down” after a long day of running. Would highly recommend!

We only spent a few days there but everything about our trip to Maine and staying at this home was spectacular. Would highly recommend this home.

The house was beautiful, the view of the river was lovely, and our 3 boys loved the backyard and exploring the water access area. It was very centrally located to Portland and an easy drive to get everywhere. We also appreciated Nick's emailed list of suggested restaurants and activities and used some of his suggestions which was great as we had never been to the area before. We would definitely stay again!

House was beautiful, as well as flowers surrounding the house. Kitchen was useable and spacious. Back yard campfire area was comfortable and welcoming.We left many condiments and extraneous items in the frig when we left- hoping that some of these would remain for future guests such as: catsup, mustard, pickle relish. Also left cajun seasoning, but really could have used others besides salt & pepper, such as garlic salt, seasoning salt, etc.Game room downstairs was user friendly and conducive to downtime use. The large dining room table was excellent for our 1,000 piece puzzle- which we left for future guests.We had a wonderful stay- but would have liked paddles available for kayaks available to surrounding residents.

Wonderful clean modern house overlooking the Presumpscott River Preserve. Super-close and convenient to downtown Portland. Very responsive owners. Solid WiFi and dedicated office space for remote work.

I visited Maine with several family members. We stayed in this lovely home and used it as a homebase. It is very well located and quite nicely equipped.

Have rented this property two years in a row, the owners keep the property well maintained and even made improvements. They want their guests to enjoy the home and we certainly did.

Beautiful property within easy driving distance of Portland and its great restaurants. We liked the house so much when we stayed in June that we came back a few months later and were certainly not disappointed.

Wonderful, clean home that offers a lot. We enjoyed our stay immensely as we explored the area. The location was great. House was super clean and the kitchen was wonderful. Wi-Fi in the office area was not great? But that may be the only negative I can think of. The downstairs game room was a lot of fun too. The hosts were super thoughtful and made us feel very welcome.

The house was very comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. Our kids enjoyed the variety of games in the basement and it was nice to have multiple beds upstairs so everyone could be comfortable.

Words can’t express how great our experience was, but here goes: if you only rent one vacation home, definitely consider this one. Perfect location for all points south and most points north. House was well-appointed, warm, and welcoming. The curated ground were vibrant, and the view of the woods and trees amazing. Finally, Nick and Jenna were the most gracious hosts we’ e ever had. A+++++ would definitely return!!

This house is perfect for quiet retreat in beautiful Maine. The house is close to anywhere you'd like to visit, but perfectly tucked away for relaxation. The house is exactly as described, beautifully decorated with all the amenities you may need. Nick and Jenna were very responsive and provided all the details needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again next time.

The house was so nice! We kept saying how it was one of the better vacation rentals we’ve stayed at because the house was great, but the location was great too. Peaceful, yet close to things. I would just suggest some room darkening curtains because it starts getting light at 4:45am ?‍? We enjoyed sitting out at the fire by the river a couple of nights, saw the groundhog friends, relaxed and enjoyed one another’s company

The view from the back yard and firepit were fantastic. House was clean and well stocked. Kitchen was a great size for cooking. The first floor main bedroom with bathroom was really lovely. Not too far to downtown Portland.

This place is even better in person than it looked online. Spacious, beautifully appointed, comfortable, loaded with amenities, gorgeous yard/property, river views, privacy, it really has it all! My elderly parents appreciated the option of first floor living and we enjoyed having the 2 bedrooms and full bath upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to both the dining room and living room. There is even laundry on-site. There's also a lower level game room. The location is great, too, only about 10 minutes to downtown Portland. I really cannot say enough about this incredible home. Nick and Jenna were awesome hosts. Nick even installed the a/c units just in time for the record breaking heatwave! We would most definitely book this home again.

My husband and I had a wonderful one week stay at River House in Falmouth. Located on the banks of the Presumpscot River, the situation couldn’t be better - quiet and serene. It took us only 12 minutes to drive into Portland to visit our favorite restaurants. The owners were great to deal with. Beautiful interior and very clean. We can’t wait to return.
