The kitchen was well stocked

Place was amazing. Had a special needs companion and everything worked out well for the group. The outdoor space was big enough for him to be loud outside- he likes echoes! Beach is so close and the views from the living space and patio are unobstructed. The owners were great with an early check in and the house was neat, tidy and fully ready for our weekend.

Could not stay in this place stairs were too steep never noted in listing.

Absolutely magical weekend! The property exceeded our expectations with gorgeous views of the ocean and a shirt walk to what felt like a private beach the entire weekend we where the only ones on it! The house itself is beautiful and very dog friendly looking forward to booking again thank you

The hosts were very welcoming, the house was beautiful and comfortable, and the house was located right by the beach (with a full and uninterrupted view of the ocean). Great trip.

The rental was well thought out. The booklet covered every scenario I can think of. Board games, binoculars, soap/shampoo dispenser, extra blankets, dishes, cookware and soap to wash our clothes was already on site. Im sure that I am missing some items. Communication before, during and after was perfect. All the info we needed and availability if we had questions. Outstanding rental! We are already planning a trip back!

Delightful place. Well maintained, beautiful view of the ocean from the living room and deck. Wooden deck chairs conveniently located on deck and firepit. Benches at dune edge and beach edge were appreciated. Plan to stay there again!

Perfect beach house! Comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The beach was a short walk away, and the back deck was an excellent spot to sit and enjoy watching the waves from afar. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We would have liked a few more days here!

This property was just lovely for our family of 4. Communication and instructions were easy and response time was very fast if we had a question. The host even reached out during our stay to make sure we were stocked up on everything. The walk to the beach was easy and the view was amazing. The pictures did not do this place justice. We did not want to leave.

This was our second time staying here and hopefully won't be the last! Beautiful view and quiet/peaceful area. Easy walk to the beach.

We only stayed one night but wanted to stay longer. It was really wonderful and we found so many sand dollars. Also the people in town are so friendly and welcoming. We would love to bring the family next time.

Sis and I had a wonderful stay once we were able to get in. We had no problem finding the drive way but were confused with the bldg and which door to enter. Denise and Joel were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The accommodation were clean and fully furnished. Kitchen accommodation were exceptional.

My cousin and I stayed with our chihuahuas and had such a wonderful birthday weekend in the sun and a gorgeous home to stay in! Thank you Joel and Denise

Joel and Denise's place is in a great location with easy access to the beach. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is great for cooking meals. We all loved the reclining couch and lounge chairs. The hosts were very hospitable, making our trip very easy. We just love the view from the house and wished we could stay longer.

Great view and amenities.

Weather was horrible but glad we had such a nice place to stay. Was planning on crabbing but weather had different ideas. Love the view and enjoyed some walks in-between the rain and hail (LOL). Plan on booking it again soon. PS bed was real comfortable.

Great location. Private. Even though it's a duplex, we had no neighbors during this trip. Great for people with pups

We enjoyed every moment of our stay, and communication with the hosts was thorough and helpful. The view of the ocean from the upper floor was more breathtaking than we could have hoped for. We read in some other reviews that the home had a bit of an odor, which we agree was noticeable when we first arrived, but this could just be due to being a dog-friendly property? Wasn’t a huge deal to us. The kitchen and all areas of the home were well appointed - we were too lazy to cook but it would have been easy to make our meals there. The local restaurants we enjoyed the most were Merino’s seafood down by the marina, the Tokeland Hotel, and Casa Limon which is just a short drive from the rental. Overall an excellent stay and we would recommend it to anyone looking to explore Westport but also wanting to have a “home base” to relax and enjoys the views.

Wonderful view and easy access to the beach! The kitchen was stocked nicely with utensils etc and the beds were comfortable. Very clean and cozy. Loved the toys available for the little ones. We hope to come back soon! Thank you!!

Comfortable unassuming residence, until you see the ocean from the back deck. Very private and quiet. Didn't want to leave. Can't wait until we can visit again.

My wife and two dogs enjoyed our stay and easy access to the beach. Some new pots and pans would be a positive as the one there are warped and don't make good contact with the stoves burners. We have stayed here before and would stay again if our plans take us that way in the future.

Our short stay was perfect as the hosts gave amazing information, and the home was perfectly appointed. While being just a short walk to the water, we loved the location and serenity. The owners, Joel and Denise were the best -- friendly, responsive and offered some great suggestions of sights and restaurants. As a duplex you would not even know they were next door. The home had a clean, well equipped kitchen and very comfortable accommodations. Location, view and access to the ocean is superb.
