OCEANFRONT in Brigantine - 5BR/5Bath

This house is perfectly located near the beach and in a lovely neighborhood. The house is well laid out allowing for togetherness and for your own space when needed. The kitchen is nicely stocked. There are nice touches such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom and paper and cleaning supplies. The owners are communicative and helpful. The elevator is super helpful.

This house was beautiful and was perfect for our family. The location right across the street from the beach couldn't have been better. The large kitchen,dining area and living room was the best. Nothing in this house made anyone feel cramped. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The owner Jason was accessable to answer a couple of questions....not problems...we had. All in all a great week at the beach!!

Our recent multi-generational family vacation was even more wonderful thanks to Jason's house. Our four generations (ages 2-84) loved the close proximity to the beach and all of the extras that the house provided. Jason was quick to respond to any question/issue I had. We're already contemplating next year!

Great house fully equipped- great location. Clean and plenty room for all!!!

Our stay was divided, a few days of just adults celebrating a 40th birthday, then friends left and our kids came down for a few days of family fun at the beach. The house couldn’t have been more perfect! Spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfectly furnished without the typical sea shell lamps and kitschy beach decor. This house has it all! Great kitchen/living area, an elevator to get bulky things up and down, and plenty of space throughout. But the kicker is the location.. what a view! Beach front luxury living at its best. We’ve always loved Brigantine, as it’s a more low key peaceful community, but still close to AC, and OC if you want more action. The beach is literally across the street and was not too crowded, the owners provided beach chairs and such, which made for less to pack which was really nice. Overall we had an excellent stay and will most certainly return. Thank you Jay and Lucy! 10/10

Fabulous home in a quiet section of Brigantine. Couldn't ask for a nicer experience.

This house/property was absolutely amazing. The pictures exactly reflect what you get + more. The view of the ocean was amazing to wake up to, the kitchen is perfect for a larger group to all hang around with plenty of seating for meals. Each room was beautiful and the beds comfy. They also supply everything you need for beach days including new comfy chairs, umbrellas, and toys for kids. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again!

Where to begin with all of the perks of this house?! The one minute walk to the beach is worth every penny ALONE. Having two young kids- being able to run back to the house if we forgot something is priceless. On the note of having kids- if you are planning to bring books or toys of any kind, save yourself the trouble and extra suitcase and leave them home. I brought everything under the sun to occupy my kids and was thrilled to find that the third floor den had puzzles, games, books, magnet tiles, you name it. As far as the cleanliness goes, the house was meticulous. It was spotless from top to bottom. The house also beautifully allows for privacy (in the placement of bedrooms and bathrooms) and togetherness (with the third floor open floor plan). The elevator was a game changer. It was practical when bringing groceries up, luggage down, and when bringing my elderly in laws up and down. We were thrilled by how stocked the house was with beach necessities: boogie boards, toys, chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, etc. Also, the outdoor shower was huge in cleaning up after trips to the beach! And last but not least the house is just beautiful and comfortable. Every bed, blanket, pillow… you can see the thought put into each choice. This was our first time in Brigantine. We didn’t know what to expect but were thrilled to find that it’s a quiet, family type of town. The beach was quiet. The people were nice. It felt homey and safe. We loved everything about this house- beginning to end!
