Oceanfront house w/private washer/dryer, hot tub, WiFi, central AC, & balcony

House was great and very clean when we checked in. We had a small issue halfway through the week, the staff was quick to respond and come out to fix the problem. We really appreciated the ease of being able to text them and get an immediate reply. Beds and couches were comfortable and though we couldn’t find anything specifically stating if linens were provided or not there were sheets on all the beds except the full sized Murphy bed downstairs and towel sets in all the bathrooms, in case someone else wanted to know that!

This house was very spacious for our family and had so many items in the kitchen to make cooking much easier. The walkway to the beach has a gap which makes it more difficult if you are using a beach cart to tote your beach items. A few areas of the house were outdated but overall it was a great house for our family. We would definitely book this house again.

Our first trip to OBX. Family trip and it was great. House was watch you expect from pictures.

First time vacationing in OBX. Not a huge fan of the long-ish walk to the beach, and uphill walk on the beach coming back. We are used to being RIGHT ON the beach with not far to walk. Plenty of parking, and the house was plenty large for 6 adults and 3 kids. Kitchen was nicely equipped with utensils, pots, pans, cups, etc. There was also some beach equipment provided too! Beds were decently comfortable for a rental. Elevator was definitely a nice touch and helped big time with unpacking the vehicles and grocery store trips. Outdoor seating was abundant and the hot tub was great after a day on the beach. Very quiet area, but pretty far from activities and restaurants in KDH/Nags Head. Overall it was a nice trip. We would stay ant this house again if the actual location of it was a bit better more like what we are used to.

The house has a great layout and super functional for multiple families. Can’t beat the location and neighborhood but the house desperately needs a deep clean! Bed comforters need a good wash or upgrade.

It was a great house and a good location. The hot tub was nice but the house was not very clean. Floors where sticky, sandy, and it looks like everything was just swept under the couch and tables. Still had a great time.

Could use some updating, overall nice home. Great views on 4th floor. Hard to find driveway at night. Elevator only goes to 3rd floor. No grill. Boogie boards, sand toys. No chair's for the beach. About 5 minute walk up hill to the beach on wooden deck.

Could be cleaner and the grill area is plastered with cigarettes and empty party cups despite the no smoking policy

The house is in a great location with plenty of space for 2 families to enjoy. Something to note is that it’s right next to a busy public beach access so there will be a lot of people walking to and from the beach. Overall it’s a pretty nice place with a short walk to the beach and a ton of boogy boards and sand toys. That said, the house was not clean at all. We left it cleaner than before we got there, which says a lot considering we had 6 kids between the 2 families. It desperately needs a good deep cleaning, and then it would be rated SO much higher!
