Stayed Jul 19, 2025This home was perfect for our family of eight adults. Very well situated and convenient in Avon. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed and extremely clean upon arrival. There are a lot of stairs to the beach, but they were even manageable for our grandparents. The outside shower was convenient and all of our beds were comfortable. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Only downsides were living room Furniture was not the most comfortable, and We did have an issue accessing the outdoor guest storage closet. Other than that no issues. Would love to stay again!

Stayed Jul 5, 2025We loved this house! It was so clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short. The views from the balconies were amazing! It is very close to the grocery store and restaurants. We absolutely loved this house and hope to be back!
