Oceanfront House - 'Best Patio' In Mission Beach, Pet Friendly!

Right on the boardwalk and ocean, everything we could want to make our stay comfortable was on site. A truly no stress vacation. Highly recommend !!!

We really enjoyed staying at the beach house. intrnet was a little tricky but Brant was able to hOveall, elp out. He also, greeted us and showed us around the property. Overall we had a great stay!

We had a wonderful experience at the beach house. Our organization had a board and leadership retreat, and it was a great weekend. Brandt was very communicative, friendly and helpful the whole way through.

The Beach House was an amazing place to stay. The claim “Best patio in Mission Beach” was true to the core! Great outdoor space with plenty of seating to hang out and watch the beautiful sunset every evening; this place did not disappoint. We did not have any issues or troubles with anything over our entire weeks stay. It was clean upon arrival and we had everything we needed. The beach amenities were very convenient. We would absolutely book with Brent again!!

Fabulous house right on the Ocean Walk, looking at the beach and waves all day. Perfect location - just a short walk from restaurants and shops but a quiet area of beachfront condos and homes. We lived on that porch with covered seating and a dining table - every detail has been thought through. The fire pits were so easy to use. The front porch also includes a space for the studio apartment; the people who stayed there were so friendly and nice. The house was great for inviting friends to stay a night or two with one bedroom having an attached bathroom, also accessible from the kitchen side. Amazing kitchen. The 2 parking spaces were such a luxury! The courtyard was perfect for our large pup - he could be off leash safely there. Brant was so helpful and always just a text away. We had a little difficulty with the back door code, and he came over to help us and even replaced the batteries in the bubble machine! Love the hardwood floors in the bedrooms. While the main bath was in between 2 bedrooms, the setup worked great for us. Our only complaint was the house said it had cable (it had lots of streaming accounts), but we managed to stream our home service there to watch the final game of the World Series. A wonderful home. I can’t say enough positive things about it. We’d love to come back for another stay.

Rooms were nice neat and clean. Host was very accommodating. I couldn't ask for a better ocean front view than this house at this location. I look forward to booking another visit here next year again.

Everything was perfect!

Great location. Clean. Had everything we needed and more. The patio is definitely worth it! The ability to just walk out to the beach or people watch was the best.

We loved the location right on the beach. We spent a lot of time on the patio enjoying the ocean view. We were able to walk to coffee, dining, bars and shops. The host stopped by to make sure all was ok upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Family girls weekend.

The house was great! The rooms were super cozy and the spot is conveniently in the middle of balboa park and the pier at the other end. The kitchen had everything and was easy to use, as well as all other appliances. The gazebo could use a once over, but the rest of the property was perfect!
