Accessing the beach is easy from a private boardwalk; return to two outside showers that accommodate an easy rinse-off. There’s a foosball table under the shade of the house for when the competitive spirit moves you and a gas grill on the patio to fire up for a poolside lunch. The first level offers an apartment-like king bedroom with a full ensuite bath, day bed, private entrance and large oceanside deck, perfect for a babysitter or au pair. The second level offers four more spacious bedrooms. There’s a room with a single and bunk and another with a single and full bed that share a Jack-and-Jill bath with a king room. An additional master king room features an ensuite bath and, like all of the home’s bedrooms, a smart TV. Completing this level is a quiet sunroom with a smart TV, cozy seating to cuddle up with a good book, and a bistro table. Step outside on the deck and discover a four-person hot tub, protected from the sun, but not from the sensational views.

You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
