Oceanfront Home with Spectacular Views on Monterey Bay.

All was perfect!

My nephew and his wife came to visit from St. Louis, MO and we had a superb time. The facility was comfortable and spacious. Pacific Grove is full of wonderful shops, and the restaurants were awesome. I had the room with the front balcony and loved sitting out in the morning with a cup of hot tea and enjoyed the sunset in the evening.

The house was very clean with all supplies and grocery necessities. Did not realize how busy the blvd was in front but very pretty views out the large picture window and great breeze thru the front door and master balcony. Parking is a bit dicey in front.

This is the funnest, most beautiful place and area that I have ever stayed at. Check-in was easy, and had everything we wanted and needed. Was great in every way. We walked to Cannery Row every day. The coast is so beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the location...the beautiful views of the ocean, the ocean air and nature's beauty. We were right across the street from the walking trails and beach front and we enjoyed walking, exploring, rock climbing and people/wildlife watching. The house gave us a great opportunity to rest and make special memories (cooking special meals and dining as well as playing games, watching movies, watching the fishing boats at night, listenng to the sounds of the ocean and wildlife) with our family!

The view is what you paid for. There is no deck or patio, just a small balcony. Owner did not provide how to get into property until after I call Vrbo. Arrival time changed from 4p to 4:30. Propane grill (now no longer on property description) did not exist, affecting meal plans. Master bedroom shades do not cover windows completely. We also discovered ants in the property. There are only 5 chairs for dining table. One couch and a lounge chair are seating for 4. Maybe better for a couple with 2 kids.

As usual this home checks all the boxes. The location is ideal for walking to the aquarium and dining. We’ve rented for several years and look forward to coming back each year. Thomas is the best host.

Perfect location in Pacific Grove to enjoy the beach and hiking trails. Cute little beach cottage and beds, towels and bedding were comfy. We did not use the kitchen other than for breakfast but it was adequate for our needs. Parking was very easy on the street except for the weekend so it was very nice to have the parking spaces included as well.

You can't beat the location

My family had an amazing time staying at the Otter Cove beach house! It had beautiful views from all vantage points, and was very nice / upgraded inside the home. It was in the perfect location, a short walk to the aquarium but also next to endless peaceful / quiet beach trails with so much sea life in view (otters, seals, etc).

The view and location are everything the listing represents and we loved that aspect. The home itself and difficulty reaching host were less than wonderful. Main issues were bedroom curtains don't cover windows at all, so no sleeping past sunrise if you need a dark room. Mold on the downstairs shower curtain. Host pretty much did not respond to questions through the app - had to call them directly. In looking at other guests' feedback, these are ongoing issues, and there are more. We'll definitely look for a different house on our next trip to PG.

This is our third stay at this beautiful location. Right by the water and close to all the restaurants and beaches. We took long walks each morning and evening and there was plenty of room for family game night. Looking forward to or next stay

This little beach house was perfect for our family of 6. Very clean and nice comfy beds. Big windows and fun balcony to just sit and watch the sea life. We will be coming back!

Perfect location for exploring Pacific Grove. We love that we can walk everywhere from the house.

Beautiful view and great location.

The location is excellent. We’ve been going to the Monterey Peninsula for years and this is fairly quiet location with stunning views and fantastic walks just outside the door. For the price, we expected a more updated decor and appliances. We also experienced a number of brownouts during our stay which may have been caused by windy weather conditions in the area or may de due to the age of the house and wiring.The house was less roomy than the photos led us to believe.

Perfect Location, amazing views! We enjoyed waking up to the beauty and sounds of the ocean each day. This space was perfect for the three of us.

Great place to use as a base to experience Monterey Bay. Can see sea birds, whales and sea lions from the house.

A clean and comfortable home with a stellar location. Comfortable beds, nifty showers, and a fun layout made our stay very memorable .

Comfortable, centrally located, quaint, beachy. A lot going on in the street. Dog walkers, joggers, bicyclists. Kayakers, scuba, snorkeling in the water. Good place for binoculars to watch what’s going on. Inside comfortable rooms and couch. The oven was confusing to preheat and to set temp and the bbq was electric with wood pellets w/o instructions, we quasi figured it out and got our steaks cooked. Had a lovely time, hope to be back.

Watching marine life, sunsets, and the people enjoying a walk along the well maintained coastal trail from the kitchen table and the upstairs deck is wonderful!

Great location - the beach cove across the street was amazing and the walk/running path was great way to explore the area on foot. We drove the17-mile Drive at sunset from Carmel back to the house; it was beautiful!

The house was well appointed with an amazing view and nice walking trails nearby. Super close to the aquarium and lots of nice restaurants. The manager didn’t respond too quickly to questions. It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer and dishwasher.

We had a wonderful time! We enjoyed watching the ocean, the beautiful cars that cruised on Ocean view Boulevard. We truly truly enjoyed the quiet.

We had a brief but lovely stay here. The house was just the perfect size for us and the location across the street from the water was beautiful and accessible to so much. Thank you!

The property was perfect for our holiday. As a family of four with 2 teenagers having three bedrooms was ideal as we all had our own space. I personally think two people would struggle to sleep together in the two smaller bedrooms due to the bed sizes but the main bedroom was ideal for us parents. We didn’t use the sofa bed downstairs so can’t comment about that. The location was fantastic being right on the coastal road with a fabulous view and access to walks along the footpath in either direction. The local seagulls were very vocal in the early morning which we enjoyed. The kitchen was well maintained with plenty of equipment. The only improvement I’d like to suggest would be to provide the check in details earlier than the day before arrival so as not to cause undue stress in particular as we were travelling from the UK and we’re coming straight to the property from the airport.
