Stayed Aug 22, 2025Absolutely wonderful. Big area for all to get comfy and visit. Deck large enough for everyone to enjoy the ocean. Kitchen could not be any better stocked! Only main level living so 96 yr old didn't have to maneuver stairs was a bonus not usually available anywhere in Lincoln City.

Stayed Sep 8, 2024House has fantastic location and short walk to the beach. Open concept great for toddler and two dogs. Yard is amazing for the dogs! The house was just a little dirty for $5k for 5 nights. Highly recommend NOT using VRBO for booking due to all the additional fees. Go through Meredith Lodging

Stayed Aug 23, 2024I'd highly recommend it for family with seniors. Great space to get around. All one floor so no stairs to maneuver. That is hard to come by in homes with that fantastic oceanfront!

Stayed Aug 25, 2023Just 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to the casino. Wonderful living room gathering area and deck with plenty of chairs to enjoy ocean views. Wonderfully stocked kitchen with all the utensils and pots you'd need. Recommend it!

Stayed Jun 5, 2023Lovely space in every way except for the hot tub that is highlighted by photo in the ad. We have stayed here numerous times, because overall we love the space except for the hot tub and excessive # of TV remotes without any written direction. We probably will not return, unless we are able to confirm the hot tub is in full functional order. On our last stay we were advised the hot tub was working. Per the usual, only one or two jets are functional. This is unacceptable, as per our own experience, this is not an oversight, it is a choice the rental company and owner are making. If the hot tub cannot funtion as pictured online, the photo should be removed as it is misguiding , and leads to a disappointing stay for those of us particularly seeking this amenity.
