There are two bedrooms (1 with queen, 1 with pyramid bunk & single) that share a hall bath and a king master bedroom with private bath. Drift up to the second level and you'll discover the king master bedroom and spacious great room with dining area and comfy kitchen with extra seating at the bar. The adjacent screened porch provides the perfect setting for dining al fresco, and views abound from the second level sun decks. At the end of the day, unwind in the living area with cozy seating and flat screen TV. For a little family fun, climb up to the top floor crow's nest game room with foosball table, or relax and enjoy the endless ocean to sound vistas. On a clear day you can see all the way to Frisco. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
