Stunningly situated on rugged coastal bluffs with a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, this five-bedroom home on the outskirts of Fort Bragg is a place for whale watching, entertaining in unforgettable style, and simply relaxing in the fresh, fragrant ocean air. Amazing in-home amenities included a brand-new private hot tub, Tesla charger, a Peloton bike, a four-hole disc golf course, a basketball hoop, lawn bocce ball, cornhole, and a selection of 30 board, diced, and card games. Spend hours of fun in the game room, appointed with foosball, ping-pong, golf putting a TV for watching the current games!
A gated driveway leads to this oceanfront property, a single-level home in an open, bluff-top meadow where eucalyptus ensure privacy from the road. Enter by way of a garden courtyard that's wonderfully sheltered from the wind, yet you can still take in views of the ocean from the small chalet housing the brand new private hot tub.
Inside, you'll be greeted by walls of windows on the west side of the house that ensure gorgeous sunset views from the great room, the kitchen, and even the bedrooms. The main living space is open and full of light, offering a lofty ceiling of exposed natural wood, oak floors, and a four-sided gas fireplace that anchors the center of the room. To one side of that fireplace is an elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances, natural honed slate countertops, and a large island with bar seats for four. Around the other sides are two oceanfront sitting areas, a dining room table, and a flatscreen TV to enjoy once the fog rolls in. There's an additional TV room as well, where you can curl up on the sofa for a movie or set up a board game on the carpet.
After you've watched the sunset from the bench atop the ocean bluff, you can leave the day's clothes in the care of the washer/dryer and take your pick of four inviting bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite is separate from the others, offering a bathroom with a deep tub overlooking the ocean and a walk-in shower.

It was perfect for our family of 6! Beautiful views and fantastic house. Loved the game room!!
Great quiet location, gorgeous views, lots of room! Homes are spaced out nicely so there is plenty of privacy. So many amenities. One of our best rentals to date!
Good family home with well equipped game room
Lovely place to stay with a group. Lots of different spaces to hang and a nice space to gather. House has everything you need. Would love to come back soon!! The view is wonderful. Saw whales while sitting in the hot tub!! Stars are amazing. Got great photos of the Milky Way!
Amazing property, view was awesome. The beds were so comfortable and views from every room. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Very clean in and outside. Conveniently located for exploring Fort Bragg and surrounding attractions. Highly recommend staying here.
For our group of 10 people who have visited the Northern California Coast for over 25 years, this house was wonderful. The views were amazing, the front room openness was shared by all, and the large lot provided ample activities.
The view! The bench’s on the bluff, the hot tub, the fully stocked kitchen, the game room, and the disc golf course! All incredible!
This house has great views, in a quiet location. Was very clean and comfortable. Hope to be back in the future.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Gorgeous views, wide open area to gather. Nice bedrooms. Had everything we needed! The hot tub was a nice bonus that we enjoyed! Thanks for having us. We're already looking to plan another trip!
This is a gorgeous house that has simply stunning views, perched on a bluff overlooking the ocean. It was a terrific spot for a working winter vacation getaway for our small group of friends. Rooms were very nicely appointed with cozy bedding and cute cottage decor. The central great room / kitchen area was an ideal place to hang out by the fire and chat or prepare a nice meal. It’s just disappointing that the property is not being cared for at the level it deserves and we expected given the price. We had to contact the local Vacasa property manager repeatedly over the course of our stay about the following problems: Garbage disposal leaking (required two visits from repair person before getting fixed) Pest infestations: Dead bugs lined the walls in many rooms and a mouse nest was found under the TV stand in the back cottage (The person who cleaned up the mouse nest implied we must have let the mouse in. She also told us bugs just come in during winter and didn’t clean up them up.) Hot tub never heated above 90 degrees (I called Vacasa and left a message for them to come fix it and no one returned my call or showed up before we left 3 days later). Refrigerator freezer was not cold enough and so ruined the ice cream and frozen food we brought over the course of a few days. I hope Vacasa will get a better property management team in place that can work on the issues with this very special property and be more responsive to customers’ service needs.
