Very comfortable and the ocean front view was wonderful!

The apartment has everything two people would need for a weekend stay. It was clean and well outfitted. The bed was comfortable. The views were unbeatable. we would stay there again.

This is our second stay and definitely won’t be our last. The views are gorgeous and the house is wonderful. Would absolutely recommend a stay.

View, cleanliness, no pets, no children, construction, high quality of cabinets, furniture and furnishings. LOVED the Christmas decor, heated floors, privacy, close to water, a TV that seniors could operate, EVERYTHING!

The property was severely overpriced and not what was represented in the ad.

I'll start by saying this property is beautiful. The house, the view, everything. This place has the potential to be a relaxing getaway, although thanks to the unbelievably loud family in the upstairs unit, that was not the case for my husband and I. I absolutely could not wait to checkout after being kept up past 1:30am by the loud stomping and dropping of heavy objects. There also is no lock on the door that joins the upstairs and downstairs, so that was somewhat of a security concern.

Wonderful place to stay. Comfortable beds. Owner very responsive to questions and coming out to house and fix issue with getting bed in the box to work.

We actually live in Coos Bay and rented the house for my baby shower and to have a baby moon before our sweet baby 4 arrives! It was perfect for our needs. Parking is limited but having my husband run a shuttle from Bastendorff campground was easy enough! The ocean views of this home are breathtaking, location is awesome, views of the lighthouse were a lovely touch, our kiddos loved the garage setup with ping pong table/toys/etc., and they also loved exploring the beautiful outdoor gazebo area. The house is adorable and very clean and well-kept. Mike’s communication is fantastic and easy. Breakfast at Foggy’s Cafe was absolutely delicious! A close drive to Lighthouse/Sunset/Bastendorff beaches, Shore Acres State Park, Bastendorff play ground, and to Coos Bay for all the amenities. Fred Meyer and Walmart are easy to get to for necessities, and downtown Coos Bay is adorable, complete with delicious restaurants and fun things to do. Our favorites are SharkBite’s Seafood Cafe & Sumin’s. Waxer’s Surf Shop is great for surf & sandboard rentals. The huge indoor kids play place, Bananas Kiddo Kingdom, is a great spot for kids to enjoy some active fun and dry indoor play! Highly recommend this house and location. We rented just the first floor which had everything needed for our family of 5, with one on the way! We look forward to returning and renting the entire beautiful house for a fun friends weekend! The cottage itself was excellent. Very nicely done and better than it appears from the pictures. The ocean views were spectacular with close access to the beach. Close to costal walks and sights, ( don’t miss the sea lions), there was plenty to do. We loved our stay here.

This property was a surprise. The house was very well represented in the description, being extremely well appointed, clean, comfortable etc, but the property was under represented. It's beautiful. The view was amazing, the grounds were well designed for spending time outdoors and meticulously maintained. Mike is an excellent communicator and responsive. As an example, a breaker threw for the in-floor radiant hear (which is great by the way) and a solution was presented in minutes.This place is simply all good.

My fiance and I were very happy with this rental! The location is beautiful. The lighthouse that can be viewed from the kitchen was spectacular. This location is very close to shore acres State Park which is what we wanted and provided us with a easy drive through the park. The house and grounds is in Nice condition and well kept up. The decorations in the house were very nice and tasteful. We were very very pleased. Communication with the owner was great and we had no problem finding it. We would definitely rent again if we find ourselves in the area!

Incredible views, friendly and responsive host, very enjoyable stay.

We had such a fantastic stay and the host, Dan, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The outside space is breathtaking and we loved hearing the ocean roar below. We rented the first floor and had the unexpected surprise of a ping pong table…which lead to some fun competition after dinner. We enjoyed hikes nearby and visited the seals & seal lions, which are only 5 minutes down the road. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!!

The house is lovely and the yard and ocean/lighthouse view are amazing. The location is great as it is very close to Sunset Bay and Shore Acres State Parks.The host was readily available to help with issues. The fire alarm went off at 7 am due to dead batteries. The host answered my phone call quickly and told us where to find extra batteries.If you want peace and quiet, I recommend staying during the week when it's less likely you'll have upstairs neighbors. We stayed 3 nights with upstairs neighbors 2 of the nights and could hear every foot step. They had several children that ran around and screamed throughout the evenings. We were gone during the days so it didnt bother us then. The 3rd night was very peaceful.

Awesome time and beautiful home!! Had a great third time visit. Incredible views, great fishing and love the new fir pit.

This was an amazing location with so much to see. We spent 5 days there and didn't run out of things to do within the area. Very beautiful and we were sad to leave. We loved the private beaches.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable. It is exactly as listed. We liked it very much.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property and wish we could have stayed longer. if you have a choice though, ask for the upstairs apartment. We were downstairs and we could hear every flush, chair scrape, etc of the people above, and they showered at 5 am and we were really hoping to sleep longer than that.

Beautiful setting and location. Very clean. Local caring owner. My second stay here and sixth at lighthouse beach.If you have sleep problems, I cannot recommend this place. From the bedroom I heard running water and maybe washer motor sounds every night. Noise cancellation ear pods helped. There are foot and chair noises during the daytime that are easier to ignore. Outside is lovely.

Exceeded our expectations! Great location with gorgeous views! The house is beautiful, well kept, clean, comfortable, private, and welcoming. It is obvious that care was put into the details. We’ll be back!

This property is better than advertised. We have never stayed in a place so clean and clearly loved. We had fog the whole time and were still able to enjoy the outside space as it was so thoughtfully laid out. Thank you for sharing this bit of paradise!

I love this house! I’ve been here multiple times and it takes my breath away each time I walk in the house. The new gazebo is a great addition.

Beautiful home and property with gorgeous ocean views!

My husband and I stayed here and enjoyed everything about it. We especially loved the ocean views! The house is equipped with everything you will need. There was nothing that was missing. We enjoyed an evening down by the fire pit which had directions on how to start it. It started easily. We enjoyed watching the sunset! This was our second time staying here. The first time we had our kids and grandkids with us so we stayed in the upper level. It is the perfect place to enjoy the Oregon coast!

The location was absolutely amazing with views of the Pacific and a nearby lighthouse. We stayed on the lower level, which was just the right size for three of us. Had everything we needed for our two day stay. Having access to a washer and dryer was such a bonus!

We stayed in the first floor unit and it was fantastic. They’ve thought of everything to make it comfy. The view is unbeatable and easy to enjoy with an abundance of outdoor seating. And what a treat to be able to enjoy both sunrise and sunset!

From strolling secluded Lighthouse Beach, hiking wind-swept bluff trails, taking in the serenity of Shore Acres Botanical Gardens, hearing the bark of hundreds of marine mammals, and exploring the unique geology of this coastline, this perfectly located and appointed accommodation was a great home base!

It was our 2nd stay, and the property has only been improved upon. Great location next to beautiful State Parks, and a very comfortable place for our family of four.

The view is A! The yard has a new gazebo and an inviting walk that takes you right out over the ocean below. Simply stunning! It's a lovely house that is perfect for a couple; we stayed downstairs and couldn't have been happier with our time at the Oregon coast.

My husband and I rented the lowest part of this house last minute for the king tides. It was extremely clean and cozy when we arrived. Would highly recommend staying here as I'm already thinking about cominf back with my family. The owner was also very responsive to messages and beyond welcoming and nice.

This was our second stay at this property. The views are breathtaking. The spot is very well appointed, comfortable and beautiful. There are lots of extra touches and amenities added for a great stay no matter the weather. We’ll be back.

Enjoyed our stay here. Although you couldn't walk to restaurants or parks, nothing was far by car. The apartment was comfortable with great ocean views. We didn't go down to the beach, but could see it. Yard was lovely as well for relaxing.
