Stayed Jun 25, 2023The property is not in as good of shape as it appears online. Several Appliances have signs asking to be gentle with the buttons or they will break. However I think it was nice enough and I enjoyed it. Surf or Sound realty however is awful and I will never use the company again. They called on day 2 and asked us to leave the cleaning crew five stars but the check out instructions require the guests to do 90% of the cleaning. This includes asking that you make the beds which indicates that the quilts and such do not get washed between guests.

Stayed Jul 25, 2021Great location and access to beach. I like that it was at the very beginning of Avon Village and our beach area was fairly private. Was disappointed there was no bathroom in the lower bedroom area and no indoor stairs from the lower bedroom area to the main floor. There was also no latch on the outside shower, but it was convenient to use coming back from the beach. Overall I would give this a 3.5 rating.
