When seeking a vacation in South Ponte Vedra Beach the are a number of unique amenities that Serendipity offers that you will not find in many area properties.

1) Multiple Outdoor Spaces. Serendipity delivers over 2000sf of porch and deck space. When you come to the beach the goal is to enjoy the outdoors. We have a large east facing sundeck with high quality lounge chairs and a high top table for cocktails and dining. There is also a south facing deck that provides sunshine throughout the afternoon as well as protection from a NE wind should the weather be windy and cooler. During hot afternoons when you wish to escape the sun, relax in the covered hammock deck and enjoy the views of the ocean and the breezes from the SE. We offer a large screened in porch with two ceiling fans and a large table for outdoor dining overlooking the Atlantic. For amazing views and sunsets, escape to the upper deck bar. Serendipity has a true full outdoor shower with hot and cold water. It is completely private with an enclosed changing area. Our guests are always surprised about how enjoyable and relaxing an oceanside can be.

2) Location on South Ponte Vedra Beach. Our section of the beach is one of the most desirable locations. All of the area homes are well maintained and there are no abandoned or storm damaged properties in the area. The beaches are beautiful and available from high to low tides.

3) Parking. Serendipity offers plenty of premium, on property space for parking that is behind a gated fence. Our parking area provides safe, protected, easy access to your vehicles during your stay.

4) Quality Amenities. We have a fully stocked home with everything you would need during your stay. Our bedding is comfortable and high quality. The home has three king sized beds for our guests and a room with two twins.

Serendipity is a 4 BR, 3 BA oceanfront home. This executive level home on South Ponte Vedra beach features comfortable and tasteful furnishings as well as many extras, like a professional icemaker, Italian Nardi patio loungers, filtered water, and a Sonos sound system throughout.

This home is located on a private, desirable area of South Ponte Vedra Beach with no nearby public access. The property features over 2000 sf of outdoor deck space in addition to a private outdoor shower and changing area. You will find spectacular views of the ocean to the east and the Guana Nature Reserve to the west, as well as outstanding spots for viewing the changing surf and tides, sunsets and sunrises, and stargazing. Dolphin, pelican and boat watching can be enjoyed from the family room or outdoor spaces. You might even see a right whale or a sea turtle! Additionally, this is one of the best beaches on the eastern shoreline for beachcombers (you will find a variety of shells - including large conch shells and lightening whelk, sharks teeth, sand dollars, beach rocks and sea glass, depending on the tides and time of the year).

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need during your stay. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, filtered free standing ice maker, filtered water, island with seating for four, ceramic tile. Pantry with stacking washer and dryer off kitchen hallway leading to bedrooms and main level bath.

Dining Space: Adjacent to kitchen and family room with views of Guana Nature Reserve and palm trees out front and the ocean out back. Stanley Juniper Dell round-to-oval table with seating for six (can squeeze 8 by using bench), ceramic tile.

Family Room: Relax and enjoy the beauty of the ocean or a movie in the comfortable family room. Seating: Large custom slipcover sectional sofa plus two swivel barrel chairs, large area rug, flat screen Amazon Fire TV, DVD player.

Ocean Master: Luxurious and cozy oceanfront master bedroom with wide plank wood floors, Stanley Juniper Dell King upholstered bed with two storage drawers and luxury hotel quality Stearns & Foster mattress, two large nightstands with drawers, rattan ceiling fan, closet with built-ins and pocket door, Amazon Fire smart TV, petite full bathroom with tiled shower. Access to screened porch.

Main Bath: Conveniently located off center hallway, ceramic tile floor and walk-in shower, granite countertop, mirrored three panel medicine cabinet, built-in storage with clothes hamper, Toto Japanese Washlet with heated seat.

The Hideaway: Secret” room off main floor hallway with wide plank wood floors and two Sealy twin beds behind an oversized, soft close barn door. Built-in drawers and hanging storage in hallway across from room.

Sunset Master: Generously-sized second master bedroom with wide plank wood floors, king size Sealy luxury hotel quality mattress, whitewashed rattan ceiling fan, slipcovered rocker-glider, media console with reading materials, Amazon Fire smart TV, chest of drawers, extra large walk-in closet with built in storage and full-length mirror.

Seaside Retreat: Private lower level guest house with access off of the breezeway. The Seaside Retreat features island-inspired decor and includes wide plank wood floors, luxury hotel quality king size Sealy mattress, rattan ceiling fan and two night stands with basket storage. The suite also offers a sitting room with a sofa, two rattan side chairs with cushions, Amazon Fire smart TV, wet bar with granite countertops, copper sink and refrigerated drawer, single-serve Keurig, and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. Armoire with hanging and drawer storage.

Main deck: Seating for 8+ featuring Nardi resort style furniture, including four chaise lounges and four 5-position reclining high back chairs, and two side tables. Also includes a round table with 2 additional chairs that are lightweight, washable and portable and can be used on main deck, south side deck, screened in porch or even indoors. We've added a new high top table with 4 chairs, perfect for morning coffee, lunch or appetizers late afternoon. Enjoy your favorite tunes while sitting outside with the Sonos sound system and deck speakers.

Side Deck: On south side of house, sheltered from cool Northern breezes. If you like to sit in the sun on the deck, a home with one that runs east/west is a must in the afternoons!

Screened Porch: Enjoy stunning views of the ocean and the sunset over the Guana from the extra large screened porch! Sitting area includes sofa, rocker-glider and square coffee table. Eating area includes Nardi dining table and 6 chairs (add two lightweight white chairs to the corners to fit 8). Two ceiling fans and wall speakers create a comfortable space for lounging or dining.

Top Deck: Huge observation deck with bar seating for 10, built-in benches and panoramic views of the ocean and Guana Tolomato Matanzas Nature Reserve.

Lower Lanai Deck: 4 individual hammocks with ocean views, sitting area, outdoor shower with large dressing area, outdoor storage for chairs and toys, leads to beach pathway. Fully stocked with beach chairs, beach toys and a bocce ball set.

When booking Serendipity you will be charged an Administrative Fee of $79 and provide a minimal $250 security deposit that is refunded to your card 7 days after your stay. The Administrative Fee is used to secure rental insurance coverage allowing us to hold such a small security deposit for your stay.
