The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. And the views were stunning!

This is a well appointed, spotless and spacious home with very comfy beds and a stunning surf view. Very short walk through the dunes to the beach. Nice kitchen. Gracious owners. With dozens of beach trips over the years to compare, this place can't be beat!

This place was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Our family loved being so close to the ocean. Beautiful views and the weather turned out great, though it would have been a fun place to watch a storm roll in. We will be back!

Great view. However, the upstairs shower tiles have mold or mildew. The grout should be removed and caulking replaced. The downstairs shower ceiling has mildew. It should be cleaned and repainted if necessary. The Roku TV remote took three adults, including the owner, to program. This could be overlooked if the owner had more involvement with his guests. After I thanked him for figuring out the remote, I heard no reply or follow up. The view is great but I cannot recommend this place at this price.

Beautiful property - a short walk from the beach. Clean and open and gorgeous!

My husband and 4 of our friends stayed for 3 nights and we had a blast! The house was super clean and we LOVED having access to the beach! The kitchen was well stocked and the house was roomier in person than expected. The porch swing was really relaxing and perfect for reading and listening to the waves. Our friends reported the beds as comfortable and their highlight of the property is the beach view and easy access! We would definitely re-book and stay here again! This property was fantastic!!! We have stayed at several VRBO's and each had its own charm. But this place exceeded any expectations we had. The house was roomy, the furniture comfortable, and the outdoors perfect for us and our dog. Everything was extremely clean. The bedrooms are huge as are the bathrooms and laundry room. We spent a lot of time on the back deck sitting on the swing or chairs listening to and watching the ocean waves. It was a quick walk to the beach via a private path. The home is on a large lot allowing for privacy in a quiet neighborhood. The deck area had a secure railing around it with a fenced side yard for our dog's private bathroom complete with motion sensor lights for night, and a scoop and trash can to keep the area clean. There were also food and water bowls on a feeding mat, dog towels, and doggy cleanup bags along with a cookie jar of dog treats. There are beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets from every room on the main level. Good assortment of pots, pans, bowls, utensils, etc. in the kitchen. There are several DVD's, games, and puzzles for evening or relaxing after a long walk on the beach. As an added bonus, it was available to us earlier than we had expected. The owners were extremely responsive when we had a quick question. We definitely hope to stay here, again! I wish I could give this home a higher rating than I'm able to give on this site.

House was spotless and had everything we needed. We especially loved the huge windows, fantastic deck and dog run, and being able to walk right to the beach. Would love to stay here again!

We had an incredible time. The weather forecast was dreary, but reality was totally different!!! We had sun, warm weather and booming kite flying Winds. Couple that with first time razor clam success and you can’t ask for more!!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. It is an easy trip into Westport for activities and dining, but sits on a nice quiet stretch of beach without a lot of foot or car traffic. The house was clean, bright, and well appointed. We will definitely be back.

The place was beautiful. The setting is so close to the beach. Large picture windows with a view of the water, and loved sipping morning coffee with the lights off and the ocean view. So tranquil. Beds were super comfortable. We cooked a large meal and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil/pot etc that we needed. Very clean. Will definitely book this place again. Thank you.

The first thing was how clean the place was. Second the great room, kitchen, bar, dining table and living room have awesome windows and is high enough for a good view. The deck is at the same height as the living area and has a small but efficient pet area attached. A nice path to the beach .

We loved the house! Super clean, comfortable beds, spacious living room and a view for days! We brought our dogs so the fenced in dog yard was perfect for the early morning wake ups before we got up and took the private walkway to the beach! The location was great and the house provided everything we needed. Will definitely be back, such a great way to spend an early Thanksgiving holiday

The views of the ocean are amazing at this home. It’s so relaxing and peaceful. The setup of the home was perfect for our small dogs and they loved it!
