We spent a perfect Valentines weekend and made great use of the beach, hot tub, and lovely decks for morning coffee and evening drinks. The house is very clean and well-appointed; exactly as advertised in every respect.

Lovely ocean front home . Very comfortable and accessible for four senior ladies who wanted a few days away. Elevator goes to garage and made it possible to load and unload without difficulty. This is our second trip to this house and we hope to go again in the fall. We feel very lucky to have found this gem.

The house was lovely. Sunrise was worth getting up early every day! The weather was cold but the hot tub warmed us up. All the furniture and beds were comfy. Bathrooms were spacious. One day our group rode up to St. Augustine, which was only about 20 minutes away. Overall, the house made the get-together that much more special!

Wonderful beach house vacation.

We have stayed a lot of places in the St. Augustine area and this one is now our FAVORITE by far!!! Everything you could want in a beach house vacation. Stunning views, wonderful amenities, easy beach access, great location, and very very CLEAN! Host communication was excellent. 5/5 stars for sure.

Great house! Loved the quiet location and direct access to the beach! Great smooth sand. Plenty of beach toys provided. Loved the new hot tub. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of house supplies to get us through our 4 day 3 night stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful ocean view from inside and from the porches. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Very clean and welcoming.Elevator bright and smooth running. we were a group of four senior women and we look forward to renting it again soon.The very minor problem we had was addressed promptly and pleasan

House was beautiful!

We had a wonderful week. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because of the following: The hot tub was broken; one of the garage doors was broken; the outdoor porches, doors, windows, shower, and porch ceilings need a good pressure washing-they are extremely dirty. The beach paraphernalia was plentiful which was great. Whomever I was texting was extremely responsive when we had an A/C issue and check in and out instructions where very clear. The listing says it’s a private walkway to the beach but they actually share it with a very nice neighbor who starts weedeating and watering his grass around 7am each morning so I was caught off guard about that and him parking his bike on the walkway. For our family of 12 having only two showers was not enough. We loved having the top balcony too look out over the ocean with no access for kids to get off the porch. It’s a little scary because it’s plastic railings not wood and they didn’t seem very sturdy. We just had to make sure our kids didn’t get to close. There is a huge table on the porch and we enjoyed eating there. All and all very nice property.

Wonderful location, literally steps to the beach. Location cannot be beat! We wanted something laid-back and a beach that was not crowded, and we got it! Stayed with myself, my husband, and our three children ages 7 to 12 years, and it was perfect. We needed a fully stocked kitchen due to food allergies, and we had everything we needed.

Beach Escape is a superior property. Extremely clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need at the beach. Excellent location at Crescent Beach with an amazing view. Convenient and accessible to all Saint Augustine has to offer. The iTrip staff was professional and accommodating whenever we communicated with them. I will definitely book this property again

The house was absolutely amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is well maintained and very comfortable. We utilized both decks daily. We had everything we needed inside the house. There was a gorgeous view from both decks. Location was wonderful. The elevator was just icing on the cake. We had a fantastic time and will be returning to rent this house again.

I stayed at the property for a month during the winter. Location is great, very easy to navigate the area. The house is a rental, so there are always signs of wear, it could use a bit of a paint refresh and a bit of TLC on the landscaping but that’s not what most people will focus on. I was there for a decent period of time, so I saw it. The access to the beach is fantastic and it’s one of the prettiest beaches you’ll see. The management company was fantastic, they were so helpful to me anytime I had a question and even came up with cool ideas for things to do locally. I would definitely rent this home again.

Everything was just perfect!

Amazing home with an unbeatable location that’s right on the beach. The boardwalk takes you right down to the sand. The home was very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Communication was over the top! The elevator was nice added touch.

To start the hot tub was not functional during the stay and I was notified the day prior to arrival . My wife was a bit upset. The home is well kept and clean. We enjoyed the private beach access. No issues with anything. Sams club is a ways away but expected. No EV charger outlet (30a-50a) in garage. Charging at another location is necessary if needed. Bring paper towels and TP if staying more than 2 days . Check in and check out was simple. Be prepared to pay if checking out late.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was beautiful and spacious. There was enough room for the family to be together and have personal space. The view from every room was spectacular! Close enough to town to enjoy but far enough not to be disturbed. We look forward to staying here again!
