This newer oceanfront property will exceed your expectations. Master bedroom is huge and has separate living area. Views from the second floor living areas are outstanding. Pool has a gas heater that works quickly. Location is just five miles north of Sebastian Inlet which has some of the best fishing in Florida. You can rent a boat or kayak at Honest John's fish camp and explore the Indian River. Orlando attractions are only 60 miles so day trips are easy.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025The gas stove makes a continuous clicking noise which was a bit annoying. The pool area and pool itself do not have lighting which makes it inconvenient to use in the evening. We reached out to the maintenance man for instructions to turn on the pool heater and never heard back. Aside from those small inconveniences, the house is in a great location right on the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The living area is spacious and plenty of beach towels are provided. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and we were able to set the AC at a temperature that was comfortable for us - a nice perk compared to other properties we’ve stayed at.
