Oceanfront Estate, Corolla, 7 Bedrooms, Heated Pool, Hot tub with oceanview, Lighthouse views

We travel often and have rented multiple homes, and this is the worst home we've EVER rented! One sliding door didn't shut at all, the washer only worked once, the DW leaked and left food on dishes, the grill was unusable, bunk room tv didn't work, fridge light was burned out, NO GARBAGE DISPOSAL at all, fridge shelf missing, sand in the water dispenser line so we had to BUY all of our water & ice, spiders everywhere, all the umbrellas and toys were just trash, only 1 towel per person and no washing machine, no potholders at all, only 2 kitchen towels, out-dated worn dirty bedspreads and pillows, the gym listed was just 2 pieces of equipment jammed into the master closet making it impossible to use the clothing rod, drawers were so filthy we took the utensils we needed and washed them & 1 drawer to put them in, dishes are chipped, forks bent so badly they couldn't be used, not 1 decent knife in the 85 that cluttered the drawer, had to wash out crumbs and insects from the pantry, silverfish in the master bath, kitchen is overflowing w/ pans and storage containers without matching lids, 1 shower was not useable, & 2 toilets only flushed intermittently. Most of our text requests for help were never answered. I gave the host 3 weeks to respond to my email after we returned home, but all I got were empty promises about how important their customer satisfaction was! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! This house needs some serious repairs, replacements and a thorough cleaning

House and location were great. Lots of things for the grandkids to do.

Beautiful house! They thought of everything for large families. Lots of pots, pans, utensils for cooking, two gas grills, only thing I would say is there is no dish drying rack for handwashing dishes and not many dish towels. Other than that they have it all! Location is perfect! There is a lifeguard stand right next to the house which made me feel safe for kids in the ocean. Also short walk to horses and 4x4, shops, Corolla Pizza etc. hosts were very responsive. One thing I will say though is don’t expect to watch tv in living room because we couldn’t figure out the controllers and bedroom on main floor tv didn’t have a remote so we couldn’t use it. Other than that no issues with property or hosts!

Wonderful in all departments

Everyone raved about the trip and having a pool and being located on the beach is priceless! All rooms were large for a large group with plenty of seating. All bedrooms large with comfortable beds. Plenty of supplies in kitchen and beach chairs and umbrellas for beach. will stay again!

Before we even checked in, we asked several questions and had immediate responses. When we arrived, the house was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, had a fantastic setup, in the perfect location. We had bad weather but we all had a great time! And a special shout out to Dave, who was absolutely wonderful and very responsive. We hope to visit again soon!

We stayed here with another family and just loved it. We payed extra for the pool heat and it was well worth it- we could stay in the pool for hours with our little kids. The views of the beach and ease of access were awesome, and the beach was not crowded. The owner and management company were nice and super communicators (which in my experience is very rare!). The house was well stocked with everything except it could have used a dish drying rack or extra kitchen towels. We hope to return next year!
