One of the best features of the property are its beautiful outdoor spaces. Inside, you'll find the open, main living area upstairs on the second floor, where generous windows fill the space with sunlight. Enjoy an oceanfront living room and dining room, an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and smart TVs and complimentary WiFi for your evening entertainment. Of the four bedrooms, one is a primary suite with direct access to the deck. Central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer are on hand as well.

We liked the great beach views from the living room and master bedroom.
Our family recently had a wonderful beach vacation at a rental house. Despite arriving during a storm, we enjoyed a good morning on the beach during our four-day stay. The house had a convenient location right on the beach, with easy access from a spacious driveway. It had a key code entry and a lower level with a bedroom, half bath, and laundry room. Upstairs, the main living area had bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and a living room with ample natural light. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathrooms were spacious. The bedrooms had clean carpeting, and there were a few minor flooring issues. The house had a dehumidifier to combat the humidity, and the air conditioning worked well. We took safety precautions for our children and brought our own entertainment devices. There was a nearby convenience store and gas station for necessities, and several restaurants and a grocery store were a short drive away. Overall, the rental house provided a great beachfront experience, despite some minor quirks.
Where to begin…… first at checkin, the key code didn’t work. I was on the phone for over 2 hours to be told just to be patient that there was nothing they could do. It was after 11 pm at this point and we had our 2 children and 3 niece/nephews ( all under age of 4) waiting outside. I was then told I could get a hotel. We found a window that had been left unlocked so we crawled through to get the door open. They finally sent a locksmith the following day to make a key for us to use. Once inside, the overall quality of the house was a disgrace. Half of the light switches didn’t work, the post states there are 2 double beds, one room did have a double, but the other had a twin bed with a trundle pullout underneath. The pullout didn’t have sheets. There weren’t enough clean towels nor blankets in the house. I finally found a closet with a trash bag of blankets that were visibly dirty and smelled awful. We used a beach towel as a sheet for the bed and a children’s blanket we brought to use for an adult. In the master bedroom, there is a queen bed. The bed frame was broken and being held together by 2x4s screwed into the side. Only upside to the house was it was ocean front, so if you only want a good view and a terrible house, this is it. Looking at the house from the beach, was bad as well. Overgrown bushes made the house look a bit abandoned. I would never stay at this house again. Absolute disgrace of a rental property!
The location was beautiful, the house was filthy. Upon arriving we found we were locked out and the keypad on the door was broken. The kitchen sink was leaking. There was trash on the property including a pile of old dirty diapers. There was food left in the pantry. Soap, tiolet paper and towels were not present in the kitchen and bathrooms. There were cockroaches and ants. The surfaces and railings were dirty, sticky and dusty. The master bed was broken. There was trash under the beds and furniture. Two of the guests left and got a hotel room because of the conditions.
