Oceanfront Bungalow With Beach Access On The Oregon Coast

The property was so very clean with the most beautiful views. The ocean breeze and sound of the waves lulled us to sleep each evening. The Adirondack chairs were perfect for sitting and reading, watching the waves and whale watching from the deck. If I ever go back to the coast, this property will be my first choice.

Very welcoming and accommodating host, who took care of minor miscommunication quickly and win above and beyond with the customer service. The location is terrific, and the beach access not to be missed. The home is well appointed and we had a wonderful day. Would love to return in the summer when use of the yard and deck would make it even better.

The house was perfect and the location was amazing. Our only complaint was the laundry pods/dryer sheets - the smell from these was overpowering throughout the house and we both had headaches, even with multiple windows open and the offending items stuffed in the dryer with the door closed. The smell of the detergent on the sheets was also really strong and irritating. Please consider switching to fragrance free to make the home and linens more enjoyable for people with sensitivities/allergies. Other than the fragrance issue, we loved everything about the home and the location- thank you for a magical weekend.

Quite a gem. We watched the storms roll in from the comfort of our cozy chairs and the wonderful views of the beach from the living room. Kitchen is well equipped (although the faucet needs attention), washer/dryer work well. We would definitely return for another stay.

This oceanfront bungalow provides the perfect getaway for two. The property is clean and quiet and has great outdoor space. This beachfront is my favorite for long walks and sunsets. It could use a little sprucing up but nothing that interrupts the experience. There was a small inconvenience with the kitchen faucet that the owner promptly and generously credited me for.

Second time staying here. Love it. Has everything needed for a great vacation.

The location of this home is absolutely perfect! We love Tierra Del Mar for the quiet area with direct access to the beach and easy drive into Pacific City. The property itself felt rundown and not well maintained. There were several issues worth nothing: the dishwasher had an unpleasant smell when in use, the walls and blinds were dirty, and windowsills were peeling. Small details were also missing, such as a tea kettle and instructions to open the very rusted trash can. Overall the stay was okay thanks to the fabulous location, but the home itself needs more care and attention to match standards expected from a rental property.

Great beach and ocean views

This was our second time and we plan to return as it checks all the boxes. Jeff is responsive and the house is always spotless and has everything you need for cooking and relaxing with ocean views. The deck provides extra space with barbecue area and hammock that we thoroughly enjoyed! We can’t wait to return on our next trip to the beautiful Oregon Coast!

Great little house on the beach. The size was perfect for our family of four. We love Pacific City and this cozy home. It has everything needed for a great stay including a huge hammock and deck chairs.

Felt like a slice of heaven! Beach front with easy access and a panoramic view of the beach from inside the house, deck or lawn! I stayed over the 4th of July and it was epic…something everyone should experience (bucket list ).

Great location though did have to redirect cars that drove past the signs to the south. Well appointed house with views throughout. Just steps to the beach.

Amazing stress free week at the Ocean!! Had the beach pretty much to ourselves all week!! We had a blast would recommend this house to everyone.

My husband my 2 dogs and I had a wonderful time. Taking walks on the beach with the dogs, relaxing afternoons and then watching beautiful sunsets. We love coming to the beach for vacations. The beach here is really nice with very friendly people. We love staying in for our meals, with a well stocked kitchen. We always have a great time at this location. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful property with everything you need.

We had a great stay in this property. Being right on the beach was wonderful, both from the view and being able to stroll down it. The house was very clean and well stocked, and the beds were really comfortable. While the property felt secluded, it was a short drive into town for dinner. Would stay again!

We spent a week here and loved every minute of it. There are excellent views of the ocean the waves and the beach. The deck provides a perfect wind break when you’ve had enough. The rental had everything we needed and everything was in good condition. We will be back!

Absolutely love this oceanfront cozy cottage just steps to the sand. Super comfy furnishings, very well appointed kitchen and laundry. Great deck to enjoy ocean breezes and sunsets. It's our favorite. Dogs love the grassy yard and of course the beach

The house was good, but the mattress in the south bedroom has broke down and it was like sleeping in a hole. The location is amazing, the house was clean and well stocked with towels and supplies. The house is old and it slopes and the stairs are tight steep to the bedrooms, but it gives the house a quirkiness.

The raving reviews are true! This place is a gem! The owner was super responsive and helpful. We took our dogs with us for their first beach experience. The felt right at home. Oh! And there were the cutest beach bunnies who visited us to top off our stay.

Property was beautiful and house included everything you could dream you might need. Was a very romantic get away with the beach in the backyard, sleeping to the sound of the waves hitting the shoreline and the sweet little cottage we were privileged to call home for a week.

My bestie and I had a lovely time. The home is clean and adorable. However, I would recommend replacing the mattress in the upstairs north bedroom. It’s sagging a bit and wasn’t as comfortable as it should have been. Overall I would recommend the home to others.

This is a very comfortable house, with many amenities (all linens, full kitchen, patio chairs, etc). It was really handy having a washer & dryer as well. We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was perfect to have a grassy area for our dog and then have very easy access straight to the beach. It was close to town for restaurants or groceries, but enough removed to be a quieter area. We loved our stay in Pacific City and hope to return another time.

We loved most everything about it! Except for the only bathroom being down some pretty steep stairs. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Ideal quiet play to stay. Short drive to Pacific City. Great for walking the beach and plenty to do nearby. Our first time to Oregon and such a beautiful place.
