- 4th bedroom area is floor to ceiling wooden custom room dividers. There is no door but yet is quite private. Gorgeous 4 poster mahogany canopy bed and non working brick fireplace in this room.

- Main living area has pullout sofa bed & propane fireplace

- The bathroom has a custom vanity with marble top & 2 sinks, & in house laundry facilities

- Magical surroundings at this oceanfront property with a large yard .

- Custom built stone turret, with large windows overlooking the water

- Dingle park is a 5 minute drive away

- Costco, downtown Halifax and other major shopping within a 10 to 15 minute drive

- Very close to Crystal Crescent beach and many hiking trails and other beaches very near by.

Several outside decks off this upstairs unit.
One off the living room. One off kitchen. Large shared deck off the 2nd bedroom and master.
Lower deck down by the water.
Bring your kayaks or canoes.

10 minute drive to Halifax rotary.
There is a bus stop close by, but it is highly recommended that you have a car to get around.

Living room has a sofa bed. Very small 3rd room has bunk beds. Tiny but cozy.
4th bedroom is floor to ceiling room dividers , and there is no door.
Please only park on the right side of the driveway. There is a lower unit and they park on the left hand side of the driveway. Please avoid driving or parking in the neighbors yard/driveway.
