Wonderful getaway to the Oregon Coast!! Bella Beach is such a cute area to stay and the house was perfect for us. You couldn’t have a better view and access to the beach is right next to the house. Would highly recommend and definitely come back here again!*while here definitely check out Cafe Cest La Vie and The Side Door Cafe!

While a beautiful location, stove/oven not working, main TV not working. Frustrating trying to get help with fixing the issues.

This home is directly near the beach, just need to access with stairs . The home is in a great neighborhood and a short drive to either depoe bay or lincoln city. The property managers could be more responsive we lost internet and had another maintenance issue and we could not reach them

Location to the ocean cant be beat, the view is spectacular. Property is in decent condition, could use a deep clean (floors were sticky). Management provides plenty of basic pots, pans, glassware, etc. for use, but there were no basic condiments such as sugar, salt, etc. There were two coffee makers (one drip, one Keurig), but no coffee for either. Most places I have stayed at at least provided some coffee, if not for entire stay, at least to get started. I did not plan to ding the rating, but I had mentioned this to the management when I called about an internet issue, and they stated they would send housekeeping to provide some coffee. We never received any during our stay. If they weren't going to provide some warning in description would be helpful so we could have brought our own. A nice cup of coffee would have paired well with the view. Mistakes happen but does speak volumes regarding management. When I booked home, it was noted that we had access to entire home. Please note you have access to top two floors, third (bottom) floor was rented to another person. We had plenty of space so wasn't a huge inconvenience, but would be nice to know up front. We are visiting Portland from Dallas, decided to drive out to spend a few days at the coast. Location is great near Depoe Bay, Newport, Lincoln City, would come back to this area.

The best thing about this house is how close to the ocean you are. When you stand back in the living room about 10 feet you can't even see the beach, you just see ocean. And you can hear the waves from every room. We slept with our window slightly open and listened to the sound of the waves every night. You can't help be relax when you are there. Can't wait for another visit.

This location is beautiful! Gorgeous views right on the beach. When we arrived the door code we were given did not work but the property management company answered right away and fixed it. Dishwasher was broken and the washing machine smelled like mildew. Towels need to be replaced. Thermostat would randomly go up to 80 and we could not adjust it. We enjoyed our stay, but the property does need some updating. Also, there is parking in front of the unit's garage, however if you drive a large vehicle like a suburban, as we do, it is too large to fit and sticks out into the fire lane. Thankfully there are other parking spots nearby.

Overall, this is a great location and wonderful ‘home base’ to your Oregon coast vacation. The view was wonderful. There was simply no obstructions to seeing all of Lincoln beach’s coastline from the balcony. Enjoyed grilling some meals on the weber grill provided. Cleanliness was moderate. A little minor maintenance could be planned. The only major flaw was the lack of a working dishwasher. The logbook indicated this has been an issue for sometime. Until fixed a drying dish rack, additional drying towels, and wash clothes would go a long ways. Would stay here again.
