Oceanfront Beauty with Hot Tub, Game Room, Playground, Beach Access!

It was pet-friendly. The beds were comfortable and the views of the ocean were great. This is a perfect place to stay with family or a group of people. The host was quick to answer all of our questions. The hot tub water needed some cleaning but overall the place was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again.

The house needs a lot of maintenance! Some dangerous situations including the following: Bunkbed very wobbly and children couldn't sleep in it, heater in downstairs was directly over the murphy bed so children could play with it, lower step into main door is loose, downstairs slider would not lock, area rug in living room was lifted and was a tripping hazard, it was filled with dead flies and living flies we killed the whole time we were there. Not as advertised, no game room playground or pool access.So many things to list but the maintenance is the worst and some dangerous.

The space in this house is amazing! The photos don’t fully give you an appreciation for how much space there is to just hang out! We had nine people in our group and we had plenty of space.The location is amazing! Being able to sit on the upper deck and see straight out to the ocean was so relaxing. That is where I hung out every morning!The only critical thing I have to say about our stay was that the toilet in the main bedroom was not working. I called within a couple hours of checking in to let the property management know and they said that they would send someone out the next morning. No one ever came to Fix the toilet.Overall, I would definitely recommend this home! And if you’re there while the wild blackberries are in season, definitely pick some!

The house was a great size and layout and accommodated our family well. We wish the beach access was a little more convenient - but the view was great. We loved being able to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. The blackberries did seem to be on the verge of taking over the gazebo area and obstructed the view a little bit.. trimming them back would make the views top notch.The house is definitely older, and has been updated in some ways but the kitchen could use more than just a fresh coat of paint. Some of the drawers were nearly impossible to open. The chairs around the table were comfortable but the fabric was peeling so bad it was making a mess on the ground. The pool table area was fun but - the table slants to one corner, only one stick was usable, and there was no chalk (we brought our own and left it there for the next guest)The downstairs area smelled like either there was moisture damage or at some point there was smoking in that area. Also the master bathroom and downstairs bathroom smelled strongly of urine. Honestly these are probably the biggest reasons this property would not be our first choice in the future.

Key pad didn’t work so once we called and finally got the lockbox open we only had one key. The key for hotel didn’t work so we couldn’t get use pool or get ice. Dust to side of oven. Parking was not good. No clear address on house. Only 4 Keurig cups , dryer was still going with towels, WiFi was bad, multiple emails with different codes,

Beautiful views. Lovely pool table and master bedroom. But downstairs rooms musty, bathrooms cramped and kitchen not well stocked. But stretch of beach and location made the stay worth the issues.

Overall we loved this property. The access code wouldn’t work for us to enter the property but luckily the basement door was unlocked so we were able to get in. We tried numerous times to communicate with the property manager regarding internet, beach access, and other things but once we got there they stopped communicating with us. The WiFi did not work. The beach access is actually to the farther side of the hotel. The rug in the main room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in several stays. Mast room carpet needed vacuumed as well. We loved the decor especially since it seemed more like a hotel. Hot tub was great but fire did not work. We know things go missed and we are giving this company another try at another property so we hope the communication is better this time around.

Excellent large space, accommodated everyone well. Well appointed, great views. Would return.

I was so happy when I see this house and all the fun we expecting to have.. but as soon as I get here the fire pit to enjoy outside doesn’t work at all , the hot tub doesn’t work ( the water NEVER GET WARM/HOT ) there is no light outside by the hot tub my son and wife trip a few times we can’t enjoy there ether, the water heater is leaking WE have to clean several times so nobody has any accident with the water on the floor. When I just arrived the host manager was communicating with me but as soon I started to complain about the situation she stops to answering me . ( we have to do other activities and spend more money outside the house because there is nothing fun to do at the house ) .
