Oceanfront Beach House-Nestled on the N. Beach of the Washington Coast

Great house right on the beach! Plenty of room for our group of 7 (all 14 and over so basically adults). Great views, well stocked kitchen, hot tub. It was great!

This Moclips home is an absolute gem—perfect for 3-4 couples or 2 families. Beautiful ocean vistas with full ocean sounds, well appointed. Thank you!

Best Spring Break stay yet! Right on the beach! The electric car charger was a plus and the view from the house was second to none!

Moclips is one of our favorite places. We’ve stayed in this home twice now & each time, it’s just the best. We love it!

This property worked great for our family of 5 while visiting the area. Although it could benefit from an overall deep cleaning and few updates, it was a charming place with a great ocean view and a hot tub.

Great beach house with plenty of amenities. Would recommend! We did a lot of cooking and they had a well stocked kitchen, cleaning tools, and also plenty of bedding and extra linens. They even had a tool kit for a baby toy we needed to assemble.

Excellent!!!!!!!!! Beautifully furnished. Beautiful ocean front location. Lots of room for gathering together or enjoying a little isolation time. Heavenly hot tub! Clean! Warm and cozy fireplaces. Host was very responsive to all inquiries. The only down side is there are a lot of stairs. If you have a toddler, bring a child's gate. Interesting wildlife.

Amazing beachfront property! The home is very comfortable and the views are phenomenal! Everything we needed to enjoy our stay with our kids and Grandkids!

This was the perfect spot for all. The kids and grandkids were downstairs and had their own rooms. Located right on the beach, there was something for everyone.

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely house on the beach, and we hope to come back again next year! We celebrated my parents' 86th birthdays and the house is perfect since it is right on the beach so they can watch from inside the house, out on the deck, or walk the short distance from the house to the beach. Loved hearing the surf and enjoying the sunsets from this beautiful location!

Beautiful location. Completely perfect for my family of 9. There was more than enough sleeping space and even had a highchair! We’re so grateful to have found this place to make amazing memories with our babies.

I celebrated my birthday with my close friends, and we enjoyed our stay. We loved that the beach is within walking distance, the rooms have beautiful ocean views, and plenty of restrooms and bedrooms. Seabrook is also pretty close if you want to check out the small town but honestly, this house & the area itself is more than enough. It provided tranquility and solace. I didn't want to leave and I just wanted to stay a little bit longer there.

We traveled here for a 3-night stay to celebrate a wedding at a nearby location so due to schedule we did not take advantage all the amenities This house offers added touches such as bicycles, hot tub, ping pong, and an abundance of sand toys. Not to worry, the outdoor shower will rinse all that sand away before you enter the house. After walking the beach or playing in the sand, wash off and head to the upper deck to enjoy the sunset on an adirondack under a warm blanket while sipping on some hot tea the home provided. Then retire to the master bedroom and snuggle on the comfy bed while your family pianist plays the keyboard and you stare at the panoramic view of the ocean waves crashing before you beneath the red glow that remains of the day's sun. Ah yes, we'll go back.

Second time staying here, love this house.

We had a great time at the house and the location was fantastic! The only issue was that there were a few ants in the kitchen area. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed!

The house, the view, the surroundings were all amazing! From the moment we walked through the door we knew we had chosen the right place for our family to do a celebration and reflection of life for my mama who recently passed away. Our host Angela was very professional and quickly answered every question that we had. The house was spacious with a well thought out floor plan to allow plenty of room and spaces for gathering while still offering nice quiet havens for times of personal reflection. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one could wish for to meet their cooking needs. It was clean and fresh, and the views and roar of the ocean outstanding! Such super easy access to the beach literally down the back steps and on the sand. And, it was just a one minute walk out to the water for play, bike rides, and relaxation. We would definitely stay here again. It is worth every penny! Wish I could have stayed a week longer!

We loved our stay at this house! My family gathered to celebrate our parents 85th birthdays. We rented 2 houses on this street and this house was by far the best equipped and nicer of the two houses. We would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you so much for helping us make such a special family celebration for my parents and family!
