Stayed Oct 1, 20211st week of October, nice weather, no crowds. Property allows separation of age groups, had well-appointed kitchen, and all we needed for a great week. Everyone loved the decks and the close location to the beach.

Stayed May 26, 2021The location is fantastic, quiet with a soft, sandy beach. The views are simply incredible. Kitchen has everything you need. The couch, chairs and pillows could use cleaning or replacing. The biggest problem is the a/c. With 4 levels, it was very hard to cool the property and there weren’t enough fans for all the rooms, or strong enough fans. Opening the windows adds noise from the highway, and in summer would not cool things off enough. Luckily we were there in May.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The condo was nice, but many things were broken. We had the repair person one day, then left him a list (as he requested). The 4th bedroom was actually a den with a sleep sofa that was not comfortable.

Stayed Sep 27, 2018This was the perfect quiet beach with lots of shells. The weather and access to the area activities was great. The property was nice, however there was some discrepancy on the accommodation descriptions. There were two full size beds on the 3rd floor that need better mattresses. The room on the second floor that faces the road gets a lot of road noise. There was no view of the beach because of the high sand dunes and trees which was disappointing. The beach was an easy walk from the property, and there was a maintenance man quickly available to handle the minor door problem.
