    The house is beautiful. Location is great. Needs some attention:- master bedroom. Skylight needs a blind. Without it l, the bedroom gets hot. Nightlights above bathroom sink shoildn have turn off option.- kitchen. Faucet leaks. Freezer door does bit close properly which creates meling ice on floor.All bathroom showers water spills out from showers.Garage bathroom...cold faucet handle hard to open.Balcony- glass needs cleaning. We saw kid handprints and smears.Housepaint inside needs touch up throughout.

    The fridge shelf was broken. The sofa in the living area was broken. The kitchen floor was filthy. As is my custom when I stay at a VRBO I reached out to the managers of this property to let them know. I do not wish to pay for damage we did not incur. I pointed out that for this location and this price point I expected more. To their credit they did send out technicians and the cleaner to access my comments. The kitchen floors were cleaned (night and day) the refrigerator and the sofa were not repairable. This place is a great location. But it is tired. The property does not look like the pictures. The pretty blue set on the master bedroom bed doesn’t even exist except for one last blue European pillow. The sliding doors and screens are hard to push open and pull closed. That is enough. If it is just the location you are looking for this is a great property. But if you want more than that. Look some more.

    Lovely view. Only one decent bedroom. Dishwasher did not clean dishes. Rain water poured into bedroom with the awful sizel rug. Not a single amenity like, salt and pepper? Windows were filthy. For that amount of money, we expected more. The management company was very responsive but the unit was overall lacking.

    This house was amazing! Huge, clean, right on the beach! Everything worked, everything was easy, such a dream retreat. Thank you! Definitely recommend renting a golf cart if you’re staying for a few days—there are a couple places in town and it was the cherry on top of a great vacation.

    The location is amazing. The unit needs to have some money put into it. For the cost of the stay you would expect to have a well put together place. Every person complained about the poor quality of the beds. One of the upstairs showers didn’t open or close all the way and it has no temperature control it could literally burn a person.

    We enjoyed a relaxing long weekend by the beach. The house had plenty of space, was clean, well accessorized and the property management company was responsive. A weekend in paradise.
