Oceanfront and soundfront home with incredible views!

The house and Adrian were awesome! She was always very quick to reply abut any questions I might have! And she’s very nice! The house is beautiful and all the amenities made our vacation perfect! We will be returning next Thanksgiving!

We have traveled to Sunset beach for almost 40 years. This was the perfect home with perfect location. We enjoyed every minute and will return. Clean! Wonderful choice of furniture inside and out! Outstanding kitchen! Great communication! Wish I was there right now :)

We had a lovely vacation in this beautiful home! The spaces are well designed and comfortable with amazing views of the ocean. We especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the pool area!

By far the best house on Sunset Beach (and we have stayed in many over the past 40 years). Adrian was a great host, very responsive and answered all of our questions. The house is beautiful, has great amenities (including beach chairs and beach toys for the kids) and is perfect for large families. You can tell that Adrian put a lot of thought not only into the amenities but to the construction, layout and details of the home. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Wow! This oceanfront beach house is everything you may want plus more. There were 17 of us - all family. The kitchen is excellent for a large group with its two refrigerators, two sinks, two dishwashers and two microwaves, plus a separate coffee/tea bar area. Lots of ice machines too! Rooms and bathrooms are really comfortable. Several sitting areas and outdoor balconies overlooking the ocean and the inlet which provide large groups lots of spaces to meet. The pool is large and we loved it. Loved the corn hole and pool table. Beach towels and kayaks and beach chairs provided so less to pack! We even got to see loggerhead turtles hatch on the beach!! Adrian, the host, was great too - answering all my questions in a very timely manner. You cannot go wrong with this beach house.

My extended family spent a great week at this exceptional house. Everything was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was wonderful, large and well appointed. The host was very responsive and helpful.

This was our second year staying at this beautiful house. The house was very clean and organized. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of pool / beach toys and beach chairs. Adrian is responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait until next year.

We have been coming here for 38 years. We have stayed in many homes over the years. This year was the perfect house for us.

This house was absolutely stunning! The location couldn’t be better. The house was immaculate and so very comfortable to live in. So many amenities came with the house… The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses, and silverware. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The mattresses in each of the bedrooms were wonderful! My cousins and I so enjoyed the swimming pool and the fire pit outside. I have rented quite a few VRBO houses before… Nothing compares to this house. It’s spectacular! The family that owns this house has made it a dream come true for anyone who stays here. I highly recommend that this house be your next vacation destination.

After 5 years staying in the same house with the same 3 families, our group decided to change locations (new beach town) and went into this week blind, not knowing much about Sunset Beach or the property itself. We are thrilled we did - the house was fantastic. Clean, spacious, well maintained, great amenities, etc. Location is 2nd to none with ocean and river views. We will be back.

This is the best beach house we have ever stayed in. The owners thought of everything (e.g. garage refrigerator/ice maker and bathroom). The pool and hot tub are great. Upstairs seating area is fabulous for the sunsets. Kitchen and dining are super-well appointed. Just amazing!

We loved everything about this house. It was immaculate, not a drop of sand anywhere, not even around the pool area. We cooked almost every night. The grill was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was perfect. We sat on the sound side for the sunsets and on the beach side for sunrise. The main pool was amazing complete with a children’s pool and hot tub. We loved the huge fire pit, as well as the Astro turf yard for corn hole and other games we brought. We didn’t have any rain, but if we did, there was plenty to do. . . pool table, foozeball, table shuffle board, pink pong,an arcade machine, corn hole and board games. Even a closet of kids toys inside and out. This home is truly worth every penny!

The owners thought about every detail to make a family vacation special. A perfect location right on the beach with a beautiful wide beachfront. Yeah, also looking out on the sound from the front of the house. Sunset beach is filled with activities for the whole family.

This house was incredible- the views, amenities & details. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s prettier in person. We were thrilled to find the refrigerator on the pool level because we had not seen that listed!!
