Stayed Jan 13, 2026We loved staying at the Red Cottage. It's location overlooking the ocean couldn't be more picturesque. Being able to wander through the secluded 40 acres of wooded property was a dream, especially for our dog. The house itself is charming, spacious and full of character in its original historic form. We had a cozy winter stay with consistent heat, warm nights by the fireplace and many an evening hosting our wider family who lives on the North Shore. Best of all Skylar was kind, attentive and accommodating throughout. We were so pleased to have found this place as we were in between homes, waiting for our new place to be ready, and we hope we can stay connected to Skylar and Sharksmouth estate into future as we fondly recollect this time at the Red Cottage.
