Oceanfront 6 Bed 4 Bath Townhouse w/Amazing Views

If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Just spent a few days with dear old friends and can’t say enough good things about this place. Starting with the ocean front view! The main floor/ open living space/ kitchen has a wall that is all windows and relaxing with friends, taking in that VIEW every day is something I will always remember; just beautiful! Of course everything else was perfect, too. My bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed (including the VIEW!), and there were plenty of bathrooms for my group of ladies. Furniture and decor was all fresh and up to date. We will DEFINITELY gather here again, and I can’t wait!

Very nice property that is well maintained. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views of the ocean and beach. There was a door between the rental units that did not lock from our side and which allowed noise through, especially to 1st floor BRs. Overall, a great week in a really nice beach house.

This house was perfect for our family getaway. Great location, lots of updates throught, and an amazing view. My only complaint is that the listing doesn’t make it clear that the ground level bedroom/bathroom is completely cut off from the rest of the house.

This property is just amazing. Perfect location, amenities, and overall probably one of the best properties in OCNJ. The owner was very receptive and accommodating. We ran into a few things that are unavoidable but she was able to quickly respond and give us the solution. The sunrise on the beach deck was truly something and worth the price! We will definitely be booking in the future.

The pictures don't do this place justice! And the ocean views from the kitchen and family room are breathtaking! The rooms are spacious, clean, and plentiful. The one downside is you have to bring your own linens and towels. The kitchen is well stocked! Steps to the beach and tags and beach chairs provided. Also check the door that divides the two halves of the condo because we had the other family staying there walk in on my son . It is a simple interior door which is rather scary and we didn't think to check if it was locked. The door to the first floor front porch didn't lock either. Both were a little unnerving. Other than that we had a wonderful long weekend!!

The property was exactly as advertised with incredible beachfront views of the ocean! It is also a prime location, as we were only a short drive away from restaurants and a grocery store. The owner of the property is a very kind, wonderful communicator and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend this property to any and all types of groups!

This property is great for a group getaway. It is spacious, clean, and designed to bring people together. Julie was very responsive when we needed her. Thanks for having us!

A perfect location. Large home.

To say that our weekend here was a blast would be an understatement! My husband was pleasantly surprised by family and friends to celebrate his 30th birthday and it was unforgettable! The house was clean, spacious and beautiful! The views were everything I hoped they’d be and the access to the beach was extremely convenient. Everyone woke up early to watch the sunrise from the deck (so worth it) and no one wanted to leave when the weekend was over! I’ve had many requests to make a stay at this house a yearly tradition. Luckily, Julie was such an outstanding and communicative host that I would gladly plan another trip!
