Oceanfront 5BR Townhome on Bethany Boardwalk

This huge townhome in Bethany Beach was absolutely amazing! We had a group ranging in age from 17 to 85, and everyone was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to both the beach and town.The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the furniture was super comfortable. With 8 of us, we still had plenty of space to spread out. We especially loved the additional wet bar—it was a great touch!Waking up every morning to that view was incredible. Honestly, my only complaint is that we didn’t rent it for two weeks instead of one!

Overall great stay. Cleaning service wasn’t great had to have them come back. A few minor things were frustrating… back gate lock was broken got locked out a few times.

Door handle to the back entrance on the gate was broken got locked out several times. Bathtub in main suite couldn’t drain had to have maintenance come by. Overall the property is beautiful. Could just use better maintenance.

Everything looked exactly like the pictures online. The communication with the property management team was excellent from start to finish. The house was fairly clean just a few minor things that weren’t clean but, not enough to get stressed about. All in all , we loved it and hope to be back.

Cannot beat the location - walkable to downtown and right on the beach. Our family really enjoyed our week in Bethany at this wonderful property. Very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely return!

There was plenty of space for our family if 11 adults and nice attention to detail in the furnishings. The ocean view and proximity to the beach and town center made this the perfect vacation spot!
