For the exorbitant price of this property, what was delivered was poor. The location is spectacular and super close to beaches, but the property itself was in bad shape. Some surface renovations, but only on first floor. Overall cleanliness was really lacking. Floors dirty and unmopped, dirt and bugs in windowsills, doorknob fell off a bedroom door, uncleaned refrigerator and freezer filled with previous tenants food. Plenty of towels and sheets a plus. Available amenities lacking on the website and required several exchanges with property manager. It was really disappointing, especially as it was a dying friends' last beach vacation.
