Stayed Jul 12, 2025The place was great. The only issue was the ants on the kitchen counters. One good interior and exterior spray with Taurus (Fipronil) every 3-6 months and the problem will be solved. Other than that, it was great.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The dishwasher rubber gaskets are not attached. Need to repair. The sliding screen doors are ripped and unusable. The DVD player is old and doesn't play Blu-ray. Needs updated. And I had to clean the shower of mildew. I have pictures to show you.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My wife and I recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary down in Avon and we stayed at Fiddlesticks. What a fantastic house! I highly recommend it!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house was in the perfect location. Ocean front with beautiful views and easy access. The beach was uncrowded and it honestly felt like we had the beach to ourselves. The house was fun. The first thing the grandkids said was This place is like a great big maze! Stairs cases and decks everywhere. The great room was very spacious with a very large dining table. The kitchen was well equipped and had several pots large enough to do a seafood boil. The beverage refrigerator was a nice plus. The 3 out door showers were handy. There were very few issues and they were handled quickly by effienct and friendly maintenance staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time at this house. Plenty of room. Good showers. The beds were decent. Deck space was really great and the views from them were outstanding. The top floor AC units underperformed each day, not being able to keep up with the heat but, was not a major problem. House did have some small red ants which were not a problem after getting some Terro. This house as lots of steps and if you are with older people or folks with limited mobility, it will be a challenge. This is NOT uncommon for oceanfront homes. As a family, we enjoyed this home.
