Oceanfront 3BR,Game Room, Crescent Beach Retreat!

We had a great stay with two families: four adults in the upstairs rooms and four kids in the downstairs bedroom. We loved the common space on the second floor, with its ocean view, and some of us enjoyed the game room with pool (billiards) and video games.We saw all the available beach equipment, which made me jealous of folks staying there in warmer weather. It was too cold in late December for us to swim, but the beach was great for walks and views.Matt communicated with me in advance about two concerns from previous renters, working with me to make back-up plans in case those issues couldn't be fixed before our arrival. As it turned out, they were both fixed before we arrived, but I still appreciated the pro-active communication.

Matt was a fantastic host. The most communicative host we’ve ever had, with great recommendations. The condo was our 11 year old son’s dream space with the game room. The access to the beach couldn’t have been easier and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at Crescent Beach Retreat. Just steps from the beach and great views of the full Super moon and giant waves. House was spacious, comfy, quiet and well-equipped. Weather was quite stormy with a brief (30 minute) power outage. We looked but couldn't find any flashlights or lanterns, which would be a good addition to this already exceptional property.

Clean! Well stocked with supplies as well as entertainment! 3 levels allowed us privacy when desired. Right on the beach! Not much beach at high tide, but I understand we also had storm tides with the Noreaster. Huge beach at low tide!

This condo was fantastic! It had everything we needed - pool toys, beach toys, grill! It was easy access to the beach and great location for the pool. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful townhome right on the beach! We loved our stay. The home had all the amenities we needed including beach gear & cooking utensils. Matt was very responsive & helpful. My kids had a fantastic time in the game room on a few of our rainy afternoons. We hope to be back again soon!

Overall we had a great stay. Owner was also available if needed to provide recommendations for local food, etc. The location was a great balance of quiet beach time and downtown St Augustine.

We had a such a great time on our trip. The condo was clean, beautiful and came equipped with everything you could possibly need. Our host was always available by phone and super helpful. We will be back

Our stay was great. The only thing that kept it from being five star was the number of steps, which is disclosed on the listing. The kids loved the pool and the proximity of the beach. Lots of beach towels on hand , but we had brought our own so we just used them. The owner was very responsive to any questions and was very helpful about the area.

We had an amazing stay during our spring break! The location was perfect, and easy to get to the beach and pool. The condo was clean and exactly as described, providing a comfortable home away from home for our family. Our host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. Direct Ocean view of the wide sandy beach in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is big and flat, perfect for walking, running and riding bicycles.The townhouse has tons of space. The game room with the pool table and video games was perfect for evening fun. I would stay here again.

Property is oceanfront located. The view is fantastic! The condo was spacious, clean, nicely furnished and decorated. Our host was attentive and friendly.We enjoyed our stay.

This place was perfect for what we wanted. I took my son and a few of his friends to the beach for the weekend to celebrate his 18th birthday. With the pool table, games, and large TVs at the property, along with the close access to the beach, and places to shop, they all had a great time. I was able to take over the master suite for myself and enjoy a very quiet and relaxing weekend. The price was reasonable, too. We would come back!

Upon arrival everything seemed ok, though the balcony is small and gets no sun to speak of also my daughter who was in the basement bedroom had to leave & sleep with her sister as she was constantly being bitten by something (i guess insects) Also a lot of the bulbs kept going out. whichleft it feeling quite dark left it quite
