Loved being oceanfront.

This adorable rental was perfect for our family of three and a small yorkie! So close to the beach a 2 1/2 minute walk to the waters edge!!! The views were lovely and listening to the waves while sitting on the deck was amazing. Private dune views from the first floor patio and stunning water views from the 2nd floor patio. Sitting out on the upper deck at night was relaxing listening to the waves!Kitchen had everything you need to cook! We had many wedding events so we didn't cook this weekend. We just had snacks and drinks. Perfect little gem for a family or couple! Easy to get around to Avalon or Sea Isle. I would bring bikes next time!!

This property is amazing!!!! Very clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. Wonderful stay! We brought our pup and he was right at home. We will be back for sure!!!!

Despite the rainy/cloudy Memorial Day weather, we had a great stay at this oceanfront house. Great communication with owners. Very comfortable, clean home for our family of 5. Lower deck faces the dunes, top deck has a beautiful ocean view, sounds and breezes! Thank you!!

The unit was perfect! The property was clean, pet friendly and the views were just beautiful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach front home at a reasonable price. Check in was smooth and the owner was very nice and friendly! The mini vacation was for my Sons wedding at Anthony’s Sea Isle and the location was perfect!

The bottom view was a little obstructed, but the 2nd floor view was absolutely amazing. The house was amazing.The value for the money amazing.And we would definitely be returned customers.Everything was perfect.Thank you so much for having us!

Our experience was great! The owners were great for communication with booking and the property was lovely! Sitting in the comfortable furniture on the top deck with the view was exactly what we wanted and needed for a quick recharge trip!

Great house and location was perfect. The first floor patio was great when wanting seclusion and the second floor balcony had amazing views.

Communication from Kristen was excellent! That is so important and we appreciated that very much! The place was very clean and loved that it was on the beach! Very nice vacation!

Amazing location! So nice to be on the beach. We were very comfortable and enjoyed using both decks.

Very convenient to get on the beach and the views were great. Being there over 4th of July week we had an extra special view of the fireworks right from the 2nd floor deck. Although the house and room sizes were on the smaller side, it still worked well and we lacked nothing. Enjoyable experience!

Beautiful views off the top deck-we saw dolphins in the morning! Good location for our needs. They were running behind on cleaning but offered us a late check out for the hassle. It’s pet friendly which is great for those who need it but unfortunately left all our stuff covered in a layer of black dog hair. No sheets or towels provided, I’m used to that being a given and I don’t see it listed anywhere that you need to bring your own but maybe that’s a VRBO or New Jersey thing that I’m not aware of.

The home is perfectly situated on the beach, accommodations were just what i needed

We had a wonderful stay at this property for Easter weekend with our adult and college age daughters. The home is clean, comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen for eat in or takeout options. The view from the master bedroom porch is spectacular! It was a perfect location to enjoy Sea Isle City and the southern towns of the Jersey Shore. Perfect rental for families or a couple. I recommend also bringing bath mats in addition to linens and towels. We would definitely recommend this beautiful place!

We came down for my daughter’s 10th birthday. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The house was exactly as described (May be even a little better!). We definitely would like to try to get back down here again during the in season months.

The view from the 2nd floor was excellent.

Very special to be right at the dunes and the ocean and the sound of the waves. Listing should clearly state: NO SHEETS OR TOWELS PROVIDED. We were there right after Columbus Day, and the beautiful dunes were full of Monarch butterflies, practically at arms length from the first floor deck. We appreciated being able to bring our small dog, who loved long walks on the beach. The space was clean, and had all the basics. Mid-October most restaurants in town were closed, but we found lovely dining options just down the road in Stone Harbor. And it was nice to explore the area. Many thanks to the host for sharing this lovely spot!!

This beach house is just as described. Right on the beach in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed the deck seating downstairs and off the upstairs bedrooms. We were there for a wedding and added in a couple days of beach time; it was a great decision.

We enjoyed and are beyond appreciative for the wonderful accommodations Kristen’s home away from home provided! Very comfortable, wonderfully tucked away with perfect access to the beach, clean and great amenities! We would definitely recommend and return to Kristen’s VRBO!

We really had a wonderful stay. Owners went above and beyond helping us with a TV issue. And they were in Florida with hurricane Milton aimed right towards them!!!! House was beautifully maintained and in the perfect location. We definitely would return.
