Stayed Apr 22, 20261. Online pics misleading and info not on website. Both bedrooms are downstairs,kitchen and den upstairs. 2. Kitchen drawers/cabinets looked like the things had been tossed in (except for plates). 3. Couch- no cushion to it at all. 4. You must walk thru the master BR to get to the beach. 5. Bedrooms- no tv. 6. Outdoor shower didn’t work. 7. Stairs so narrow, it was difficult to get suitcases/coolers up and down. 8. Poison ivy all along the driveway. Grass not cut. Trash cans laying down. 9. Smoke alarm would go off when dryer in use and I could smell something electrical. I called the office (day 2 of the 7) but never heard back from them. 10. I messaged them 15 days prior to arriving and requested an early checkin and was told theyd let me know. On arrival, I looked in the windows, as I knew no one had been there for 2 days. I called and was told it wasn't ready. They called about 45 min later to tell me it was ready. Housekeeping card inside documented it had been ready for 2 days. Why not just be honest and tell me that checkin can't be changed. or what difference does it make to them if I get there early and want to checkin? POSITIVES: nice views, beds pretty and comfortable, soundproof from nextdoor part of duplex.
