Oceanfront 12 Bedroom 8 Bath - ideal for family reunions or corporate retreats

Everything was clean and in good condition. The views were incredible. We saw dolphins jumping out of the water 2 days in a row. What an experience. We had 17 people staying in the house for our daughters wedding.

This is an amazing property! It was perfect for our wedding weekend. We loved being right on the beach.

It was great to get together with family and be on the beach. The beach was great and we totally enjoyed the house. Having the split house format allowed for late night noisy games on one side and a nice quiet side for the early sleepers. Thank you!

We booked this property to host our rehearsal dinner and as a stay for our whole wedding party for the weekend. The property was exactly what we needed. Clean, right on the beach, and big enough to host and sleep everyone. Our rehearsal dinner was around 40 people and we had more than enough space. Julia and her team were very helpful throughout the process as well. They were responsive and even let us tour the house a couple months in advance to help us plan. Would definitely recommend for a big group!

Beautiful property right on the beach. comfortably fit 14 adults and 6 kids. 2 full kitchens, ample bathrooms, great selection of beds/ bedrooms for all. Great beach to hang out all day. Nice to have the two adjoining condos so that we were all together but could also have separate hang out areas. Kitchens fully decked out and the grills worked perfectly. Unbelievable views from the back deck, from sunrise to night.

Enjoyed the side by side aspect of this property for work team building event so that men could stay on one side, women the other. Fantastic location and responsive host! Either missed the note that sheets and towels were not included or assumed they were which required a last minute unexpected expense, but all in all a fantastic experience!

It was fabulous! The house was perfect for our group, was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

We are a group of 1980 Penn State friends that gather annually for a few days of golf, camaraderie, laughs, etc. this home was more than spacious for our group of 15 which included a few couples. Everyone had their own bedroom, and plenty of bath facilities so no waiting. The views are incredible and plenty of oceanfront decks. We all had a great time!! Like all the other posters said Julie is an amazing host. She responded to my many questions almost immediately even on weekends and evenings. Don’t hesitate to rent this home if you are looking for a large group and oceanfront.
