Stayed Jun 26, 2025Great location with easy access. Owner reached out before arrival and all was as stated. Having 4 bedrooms was nice for 4 older guys on a fishing trip. Beach and restaurants were an easy walk. House was furnished nicely and had plent of cooking utensils. Pool was clean and welcoming in the heat. Overall, just perfect!

Host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.Rooms were as described, 1 king with sofa bed, 2 rooms with queen both with sofa beds and 1 room with bunk beds.Kitchen fairly well equipped with adequate amount of pots and pans. TV in every room, good service provided. (helpful on rainy days).Bathrooms dated but very clean, entire house was clean.Publix grocery store 20 min walk and Walmart a short drive.Short walk over the bridge to the beach, under ten minutes. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and wagon very helpful.Back yard had several sun loungers and BBQ worked very well.Only minor cons- the king bed is a little on the soft side (personal preference) and pool not heated, so a bit too cold for swimming.Would definitely rent again.

Stayed Jan 27, 2025The house was beautiful! Had all of the amenities we needed, and a few extras! It was THE perfect location for us. Right across the channel from the Broadwalk, maybe a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the pool, lounge chairs, even grilled on the patio! It was everything I hoped it would be.
