Stayed Sep 19, 2025The house was plenty enough space, clean, and within easy walking distance for beach and boardwalk.But the stove lights were not working. On of the bedroom ceiling fans was broken.Most importantly the main tv on the first floor while “technically “ a smart tv.. it was so old we could not stream apps nor connect our phones…. While the large tv in the primary bedroom was able to stream.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location - short walk from the house to the sand - no traffic to avoid - totally safe for everyone young and older. Rental house was immaculate and everything worked. Also, well stocked with day-to-day stuff like TP and paper towels as well as pots and pans, etc. Very spacious house - lots of room to spread out so everyone could do “their own thing” when not at the beach (reading, jigsaw puzzles, Fussball (soccer) on TV, relaxing and so on. Working summer rentals through Berkshire Hathaway is definitely a major (huge!) improvement over our previous experiences with other rental agencies in the area.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at 75 Atlantic Ave. It is literally across the street from the beach and only a short walk to the boardwalk. The house was clean and well equipped. We had a lovely week!

Stayed Jun 30, 2023The location was amazing, the house was clean. Only thing that could have made it better is if the house had a porch. Only outdoor space is the small screened in porch off of the MBR.
