Ron was quick to respond to communications. House was very comfortable for 7 adults. Decks were wonderful for views and outdoor comfort. Well stocked kitchen and beach towels/chairs. Beds were impressively comfortable was noted by all! Would stay again

Very Clean and beautifully decorated.

This is a wonderful house (feels like a luxury resort) in a very convenient location. There is even a bit of an ocean view from the top roof level deck and it is a very nice spot to enjoy the sun and ocean breezes. The house itself has a great layout and looks to be professionally furnished & decorated. Very comfortable master bedroom mattress and bedding. 100% clean, no issues with anything. I didn’t use the kitchen on my short stay but it seemed to be well equipped for anything you might need. Also, didn’t use on my short stay but plenty of beach chairs and beach gear was provided as well as a couple of bikes. The bonus for us was the Tesla charger in the garage which is very convenient if you are driving and EV. I highly recommend this property and look forward to bringing back my adult kids one day as there is plenty of room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom upstairs and 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. This owner goes above and beyond with thinking of everything needed (even body wash, shampoo & conditioner) in showers. But if you did need something you are a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk from Publix grocery store and a few restaurants. And if you need more Old Town St. Augustine is about a 15 minute drive.

Second time staying here and the property is just the best. It is so obvious a lot of time and effort went into making your stay be comfortable and relaxing. Everything you need is there, the beds are so comfortable, the kitchen has it all, it's a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the hosts couldn't be more incredible. Everyone is already counting down the days until we can go back!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed for the beach, including umbrellas, chairs, a cooler with wheels, etc. The kitchen was outfitted superbly. There was plenty of outdoor space. I noticed too late that there was an outstanding selection of current books. The Internet and streaming worked well. Overall, it is beautifully furnished, and we definitely recommend staying there.

The property was in the perfect location! The beach is just a short walk away. The beds were so comfortable. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

My turn to plan! My siblings and our spouses get together every 6 months and it was my turn. Our stay in this lovely property was pure delight. Plenty of space, big beautiful bedrooms and baths. Beautifully decorated and so very clean. Location was absolutely perfect with a quick walk to the beach and a quick drive to St. Augustine. This is a beautiful property!! Love the decor and open floor plan!! We were in St Augustine for a few days for a wedding, but wished we could have stayed for several more days! We greatly appreciated that they keep the boogie boards and a few sand toys available for each guest!! The beach was beautiful and our kids had a great time! Thanks Ron for being a great property manager!

Have a big family?This is your place to stay. It meets my 3 C's! Cleanliness, convenience, comfort! All four rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Living space is comfortable with seating for all! Great outdoor spaces to view the ocean! Large kitchen for gathering and enjoying a meal. Great fire pit to share the days adventures. Very convenient to restaurants, Publix could not get any closer! Thank you to these owners who take pride in their property!

Great location, house was terrific, mattress was superb. The grill and all accessories in house were 1st rate. The kitchen was well stocked gourmet including bbq, thermometers and cooking utensils . If only we had better weather. We were extremely close to old town, St Augustine. We enjoyed.

We had 4 of us stay her for a fantastic long weekend. It’s a short ride share to St. Augustine for nights out, or a super fast walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this property to groups of families or friends, it has it all. The interior is stunning and so comfortable. They have all the things you’ll need for a great stay. 10/10 would rent again!

Our third visit to Vilano Beach and this was our best rental yet. The home is very clean and updated. And its only a two minute walk to the beach. We used the bikes in the garages to pick up items at the grocery store and convenient store. Plenty of beach accessories in the garage as well; only wish list item would be a wagon.

Our family had a great stay here. The house is beautiful and very clean. Kitchen and daily needs were well stocked. The beach gear was a huge plus and in great condition. The outdoor shower was super convenient. We loved the multi-level decks and proximity to the beach. Owners were friendly and easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great girls weekend. The interior of this home is beautiful. It is exceptionally clean, very well organized, and probably the best stocked rental I've stayed in. All of the kitchen supplies and beach supplies are new and very nice. Communication with the owner was spot-on and he was very easy to work with. We will be back!
