Stayed Jul 18, 2025The house was wonderful. So close to the beach! We liked how it is a bit quieter in this area of Bethany, but the boardwalk is an easy walk away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The amenities were great - kitchen supplies were high end, plenty of beach gear, and tons of board games. We would 100% rent this house again. The only negative was the basement bedroom. It was very humid and hotter than the rest of the house. We emptied the dehumidifier every 8 hours, which helped. It was ok for teens but it might be uncomfortable for older adults.

Reviewer Comments: House was in a GREAT location, we were initially nervous about the street to cross for the beach with kids but it was very quiet. Cars drove slowly when they did pass. Everything was as you see in the photos. Screened in porch was perfect. Only negative was the bedroom downstairs didn’t have a door, only a curtain and was a little musty. But overall, wonderful stay!

Stayed Jul 14, 2023We (12 individuals, three generations of family) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well-furnished and equipped. The location was perfect: Several blocks from the center of town, but only a block from the beach. Though we wish there were more baths, we all agreed that we would try to rent the property again in 2024.

Stayed May 4, 2023We enjoyed the location which was right across from the beach entrance as well as a walk down the street to shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit table at night and the screened in deck as well as the rooftop deck were perfect places to sit and see the ocean while listening to the waves. The only negative was the bedroom on the bottom floor had no door, just a curtain, no closet and the elevator was accessed through there. That affected the privacy of anyone who we planned to have use that room.
