Ocean views from every room . TG still open

Everything was as expected. The elevator was greatly appreciated by the seniors on the trip. And everyone enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was large and well organized. The one issue was the ovens. Their heating and temperatures were quite inconsistent. Other than that the home was clean and roomy. It was also in a fantastic location with breathtaking sunrises. Beautiful home in a spectacular location. We were a group of 9 adults - 3 generations. While staying, we were entertained by the iguanas while poolside. From the balcony we saw dolphins, why kayaking a sea turtle. Alas, we did not see manatee. The kayaks were well used by the youngest generation. It was so convenient renting them through the host - and they were in place upon our arrival. The elevator was well used by two 80-year-olds in our party. The bedrooms all had fantastic views of the ocean. The kitchen had every appliance you could dream of owning. However, a few plastic glasses would have been great, especially for use pool side. The pool was in constant use by us. Many wonderful restaurants are nearby if you don't feel like cooking yourself. We did have a problem with a refrigerator, but a call to the host was quickly responded to. So, all in all, we loved our stay of seven nights, and many wonderful memories were made.

Amazing house and location! Will definitley be back!!

The pictures do not do this house justice. It is gorgeous. The water views from every room can’t be beat. There was plenty of space for 14 of us, though I wished it would have had one more adult bedroom. There are bunk beds in what is the closet of one of the bedrooms that was odd. But we made it work. Though it’s on a busy street, it’s at the end and felt very quiet and private. We enjoyed the heated pool and the large kitchen the most. It was pristine and beautiful. I would definitely stay there again!

A stunning location and fantastic views. Great time had a the Buzzards Roost down the road. The house was spaceous, comfortable and perfect for our requirements (7 adults and 2 kids). There were only 4 loungers when we arrived, but as soon as we contacted John he dealt with it straight away.

The house is uniquely placed in a business area which was odd at first glance for us, but the location grew on us during the week. Everyone loved the giant iguana’s that live on the property in the wild, they were daily entertainment. We also saw a family of Manatee right behind the house maybe 20 yards off shore. The house has great views from every room and is close to any amenities you need, including 2 restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

One person had to spend the first full day waiting for two different repairmen. The main refrigerator needed a part and many carryouts were spoiled. Our large group had to use a small refrigerator located on a level different from the kitchen. Several slats in one of the top bunkbeds were broken making it unusable. Several of the patio chairs had broken slats. Our group is made upon slender people and the slats were all broken when we arrived.

Large home located right on the Atlantic Ocean with specatacular views! Beautiful property with pool and ocean access.

We enjoyed our Christmas time this year at this beautiful location. We were disappointed in the FL weather which is unpredictable as anywhere Our main disappointment was that the heater in the pool was not functioning. One of the top requests from our party of 17…Water access not knowing what the weather would be like Pat W

Weather wasn’t very good during our stay but had an awesome house to enjoy while it was raining. Great restaurants nearby as well.
