We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was pretty good, but the pool area was a under construction. The pool was still open but it was a little odd and would get over crowded. Access to the beach was under construction so we had to use public access which is nearby. Enjoyed the fitness center, the court. Also, the beach view isn't that great from this particular room due to the layout of the building. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

We are from Florida and take a staycation every year. Knowing the area had a devastating hurricane in 2024, we knew some areas were not so affected. This condo was as described and more. We didn't have ANY issues with the room. We knew we did not get the best view, but it was as pictured. The only negative is the pool is NOT code restricted, so anyone can literally come - and they were. Some guy said he lives up the street and came there to swim. Like what guy, this place is already pretty packed. Has nothing to do with the room, but the resort itself. Again, our room was awesome. Master has a King bed, not a queen so that was PERFECT! Water pressure was bomb!

Our family had the best time at this location! Everything you need is either in walking distance or a short little drive! The scenery is stunning and everyone around was very nice! There are so many family fun activities for small and big kids! We will be back and we will recommend this location to everyone!

Clean condo, nice view of the beach from the balcony, beautiful beach. We only had one problem with the TV in the spare bedroom-after plugging it in we realized that the batteries were dead in the remote, so we had to buy batteries, it’s all fixed for now.

Wonderful location and property with easy access to the beach. The unit itself needs a deep clean. It was “clean enough” for our stay, but there’s dirt buildup on the floor around all baseboards where the dirty mop water has dried up. The bathrooms have rust on the fixtures and tub. Showers need new grout/caulk. These are not expensive issues to address.

Great location! everything we needed was a short distance awayOur family visit was 3 generations Mother, daughter’s & granddaughters everyone was very pleased.Morning & Evening walks on the beach were the Best!

People staff very friendly, Store close by. Easy to get around from One place to the other. Accommodations very nice, The view from our balcony of the ocean and pool is very nice. Our first day there, as we checked in, there were no more carts for our luggage to take to the room. A very friendly staff member who tried to help us could not find a cart for us. He was very helpful and helped us take our luggage up to our room. Then that same gentleman helped my wife bring up the groceries We purchased on our way over for the week. that was a five star performance by that employee. The only issue I have Was water pressure in both bathroom sinks was horrible. Hard to shave and brush our teeth in the morning. Other than that everything else was fine. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you James Bishop.

There is nothing negative to say about this rental. The location of Sunset Vistas is unbeatable, amenities unmatched. Sunset Vistas: in the middle of everything. We walked to John's Pass (if driving, park in the garage at Bubba Gump Shrimp) which was much easier than parking. The rental is right on the beach and parking was a non-issue.. while you are only guaranteed one parking spot, the office has parking permits and plenty of additional spots. There is also public parking right by the lot so there should be no issues. Pool towels are provided by the front office. There is a restaurant in the building that has decent food, but so many stores are nearby that we hardly utilized it. Supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, spices, and towels are limited, even if you book for multiple days and several people, so plan accordingly. Each rental has their own patio which can seat four people comfortably. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, as we stayed here years ago for a family rental and haven't had any issues.

The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the view of the beach, the little bistro and the covered parking! It's a very short walk to the beach and a quick drive to other nearby beaches.
